A beautiful villa set into the rocky promontory with some of the most sensational views on the island, overlooking Redonda Island, St. Kitts and Nevis, Pearn's Bay, and the entrance to Jolly Harbour.

To ensure your utmost safety, there are camera systems around the property's perimeter and a 24hr security patrol service. You can relax in peace and privacy with your family and friends and enjoy the fantastic vacation this home will offer you.

Charming staff is on hand at the villa to ensure your every need is catered to and their services can be arranged before you arrive at the villa. Housekeeping is included 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, and linen is changed every 3 days for your comfort. Extra housekeeping, linen changes, butler, and chef services can be arranged at an additional cost either before arrival or through your lovely on-call house manager Michael. The staff at the villa will guarantee an exceptional vacation in your personal paradise.

Jolly Beach is unbelievably a 4-minute walk away from the villa, allowing you to begin your days of beach relaxation early. The beach is equipped with sun umbrellas and lounge chairs set up by the staff to accommodate you. Do not forget to grab your picnic basket from the villa when on your way.
