The villa embraces an Eco-friendly design and architecture. Upon building Villa Panorama, it was crafted with sustainability in mind. The villa was intentionally built vertically as opposed to horizontally to lessen the footprint, both environmentally and physically. The result is a stunning structure carefully crafted with locally-sourced materials to ensure the most stunning views of the coast. Each level gives refreshingly new, picturesque views of the region.

From your private suite, the view stretches to tiny islands that dot the curving bay. Endangered squirrel monkeys chatter in the trees, where curious sloths also laze. Parrots and Toucans share the airspace. And sunsets dazzle every night, as they disappear over the horizon in a kaleidoscopic blaze. This is Manuel Antonio, as seen from the picture-perfect heights of Villa Panorama.

As you step out onto the warm wooden decking on the first floor, you can slip into the refreshing waters of the large double edge infinity pool for a morning swim. The edge of the pool blends with the endless horizon of the blue Ocean beyond.Soak up the suns warm radiance after your swim and if you get too warm you can always find comfort in the cool shade provided by the large Parasols. This large decked area also features smooth stone benches and an under-lit, built-in drink cooler, all located off the living room and adjacent to our private rain forest reserve. It has access to the full Bar with a covered barbecue area fitted with a high-resolution television. There is also a second pool area located on the top floor. The commanding view from the sixth-floor rooftop terrace is perfect for a casual lunch with chef-prepared canapes in the terrace lounge. This terrace also comes with a full bar, audio systems, multiple ceiling fans, access to the elevator and an additional guest bathroom. The terrace also has an infinity Jacuzzi that can fit up to ten people. You can even relax on the swaying hammocks as you look out over the bay.

After your full-time professional chef has prepared some light and delicious breakfast dishes, you can enjoy your food out on the deck under the bridge from the first floor above. Prepared by Yessenia, our onsite cook, your breakfast features a blend of both International and Costa Rican morning favorites, including an assortment of freshly baked bread, cereals and some of Yessenia’s inspired morning creations. Dine out on the covered dining terrace and start the day with a cup of locally harvested Costa Rican coffee and fresh tropical fruit. Yessenia can make you a full breakfast of eggs to order, bacon, pancakes and more! Costa Rican favorites are included as well, all washed down with a decadent Passion Fruit Champagne mimosa! The deck also has secluded seating areas, perfect to sit in the peaceful atmosphere and read your favorite novel as you listen to the waves in the distance and the breeze as it skims across your skin.

In the afternoon why not take the beach buggy out to explore the beach right at your doorstep. Drive along the secluded dirt road to the sandy shores. Walk along the shore as the water trickles between your toes. Make your way back to the villa and up to the fourth floor where you will find the ten-person rooftop Jacuzzi. From here you can watch the sun setting in the distance making the surface of the water glisten with streaks of gold.


The villa embraces a total of three spacious social areas and a media center/games room. The event sized grand ballroom, rooftop deck, and dining terrace make the villa a perfect choice for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats and other events and celebrations. The Social Areas have been purposely made as flexible spaces that can be converted to perfect entertaining, dining or private event spaces. The first-floor living room, or ballroom, is built using spectacular inlaid teak flooring, double-height ceilings to emphasize the space and signature “Big Ass Fans” (yes, that’s really what they’re called!). The room features a full bar and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that blur the lines between the jungle canopy and interior spaces.

This seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces creates a very open plan living area. An iPad mini is built into the wall and offers an endless Internet radio selection. There is even the opportunity to enjoy some karaoke from the Apple TV mounted over the bar. This living area indulges in phenomenal ocean views and Jungle access. The space is fully Air Conditioning and has access to the elevator and an additional private guest bathroom. The dining areas are suitable for both casual dining or elaborate feasts. The outdoor dining space is located on the fourth-floor terrace. It promises spectacular ocean and jungle views, and plenty of space to seat dinner parties of up to 28 people. The terrace bar is perfect for pre-dinner wine tasting or post-dinner drinks.

The Media room/Home Theater provides you with some state-of-the-art digital entertainment. With a 10-foot movie screen, high-fidelity sound system, and PlayStation 4 you will always have something to watch or to play. The Media Room also includes a new iMac computer and printer, which are available for your use. The Games Room is where you will find more features such as the large pool table and a wet bar.

Villa Panorama features 10 luxuriously-appointed, en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to thirty people. Every Room at Villa Vista is distinctly unique and flexibly designed for all guest types.
