The ground floor has a cozy, comfortable open-plan living room with a stunning fireplace and remarkable sea views. An informal dining room is connected to the well-equipped kitchen, meaning the chefs are never left out of the conversation around the table.
Two en-suite master bedrooms take up the first and second floors. Both these bedrooms have king-size beds and private balconies boasting incredible sea views. Another two en-suites occupy the garden level, with access to the villa’s attractive garden. This lets you step out into the lovely fresh countryside air in the morning.
The outdoor area of the home is one of the biggest attractions. The space offers a heated swimming pool, so even on slightly less sunny days, you can enjoy a warm dip in the pool. Beginning your day with this type of luxury is something all can enjoy.

This property is located overlooking the Gulf of St Tropez. Saint Tropez is a picturesque and famous coastal town on the French Riviera, long frequented by artists and the international jet set who flock to the region for sun-kissed beaches and exciting nightlife. Mas Marius is just a 20-minute drive from St Tropez, and it’s worth at least a one-day trip to sample the wonderful restaurants along Pampelonne Beach or simply spend a beach day celebrity-spotting.
Suppose you prefer a more laid-back approach to your vacation. In that case, you can enjoy visiting the hillside villages of Grimaud, Gassin, and Ramatuelle and perhaps take a trip to the historical Carthusian Monastery of La Verne in the heart of the Massif des Maures. Plenty of activities are nearby to amuse your guests, such as golf, tennis, and horseback riding through the vast countryside.
