Split across three levels, this villa encourages guests to relax and unwind in the minimalist interiors, open plan living spaces and luxury amenities that define this beautiful modern home.

Guests’ privacy and security is ensured from the moment you enter the grounds at La Zagaleta and electric gates allow access to this villa.

On entering the villa itself, through the main entrance, guests are greeted with a bright and open space with lots of natural light pouring in via the floor to ceiling windows. White-washed walls and quirky yet stylish pieces of art adorn the property and give the villa its own distinct style and character. A large living and dining area is at the centre of the house and is overlooking the immaculate garden and pool area outside. The dining area is formal and has seating for 10 guests and the living space has three comfortable sofas, a large flat screen television and a beautiful fireplace. There is a second smaller living room with flat screen smart television next to the main living room.

Moving to the far side of this welcoming living area, guests will find the fully equipped kitchen. Guests have access from the kitchen to the covered outdoor terrace area. Two of the bedrooms are located on this floor, both with a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. These two bedrooms allow access to the garden and swimming pool.

A stairwell leads up to the first floor and also down to the basement floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: the master suite with king bed and en suite with bathtub and separate shower and the guest bedroom with queen bed and en suite with bath and separate shower. The corridor on the first floor looks over the main living area of the house and there is also an extra room on this floor that could be used as a bedroom for 2 children.

There is a lift that connects the three floors. On the basement floor there is a wine cellar and a fully equipped gym with glass windows looking over the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. In the pool area there is a bathroom with showers, a Sauna with seating for 8 and a separate steam room with seating for 8. A private cinema room is also on this floor. The large covered garage is also located on this floor which leads to the separate apartment. This apartment features a kitchen, small living room, double bed and en suite bathroom. This can be used for guests or as a staff quarters.

The outdoor space encompasses a perfectly manicured lawn and incredible sea views. One of the property’s swimming pools is located here. Both the kitchen and living rooms have large sliding glass doors that access directly onto the main outdoor terrace with four outdoor sofas and two coffee tables. Alfresco dining is a must in the peaceful and relaxing surroundings.
