This Villa, coupled with its adjacent property, Villa Olivo, can be rented together for a large event, but if you are a group looking for the ultimate, beautifully curated Italian Villa, Oliveto has been designed with you in mind.

Villa Oliveto has two kitchens equipped with Miele appliances and accessories. Lazy breakfasts can be enjoyed all year round in the large Molteni-designed kitchen. On warm summer mornings, you will love to take your breakfast onto the terrace and listen to the soothing sounds of nature. Indoor formal dining is a wonderful choice for guests in the cooler months. In summer, though, you will want to dine on the large terrace. Whether you embrace your culinary skills or outsource that to someone else, delicious feasts like fresh pizza from your woodfired oven or divine pasta form the basis of long, leisurely evenings beneath the stars.

The spacious Villa rooms have large windows that draw soft light into this classic contemporary home. Smooth stone floors and natural finishes offer the perfect backdrop for the eclectic combination of designer furniture and bespoke lighting.

The living spaces are large and ideal for guests to gather together for pre-dinner cocktails or a late digestif. In addition, the comfy lounge, with its widescreen TV, will suit guests who like to keep up to date with their news or shows.

The pool house has a kitchenette, dining area, showers, and WC. You have a floodlit tennis court set in an olive grove. In addition, there’s a large yoga studio with pretty garden views. In this natural setting, your sun salutation will become more holistic. This studio can comfortably fit a class of up to 20 yogis. An ideal space for team-building, pilates, or yoga retreat.

Villa Oliveto has four spacious and stylish bedrooms, each at least 27 sqm, suitable for double occupancy, with ensuite contemporary bathrooms featuring natural stone, polished concrete, and sleek, brushed steel fittings.

Each bedroom has a dressing table, hairdryer, safe, WiFi, TV, and access to Oliveto’s Netflix account. In addition, the bedrooms have both air conditioning and heating.

Note: All bedrooms can accommodate at least one travel cot, available on request.

Master Bedroom: within the Villa, king-size bed, ensuite, Egyptian cotton bedlinens, and Davines toiletries. This room has a walk-in wardrobe and a small private terrace with views over the Adriatic Sea and gardens.

Bedroom Two: Within the Villa, king-size bed, ensuite, Egyptian cotton bedlinens, and Davines toiletries. This room can be reconfigured with twin beds.

Bedroom Three: Within the Villa, king-size bed, ensuite, Egyptian cotton bedlinens, and Davines toiletries.

Note: Villa Oliveto is rented all year round. Mid and low season – 4 days minimum stay. High season – 7-day minimum stay – Saturday to Saturday.

A damage deposit of Eur1,000 is taken at the time of booking that is released within seven days of your checkout once the criteria of your stay have been achieved.
