The villa boasts an outdoor and an indoor pool giving you a variety of options to chose from. For other means of entertainment in the villa, you can enjoy the jacuzzi, the sauna, the fitness room, and the home cinema.

This impressive villa is very large; the living area is approximately 1000 m2. The villa is located in an exclusive neighborhood of Marbella. The coast and the beach are nearby, namely, around 15 minutes drive away. The chic and cozy port of Puerto Banus is about a 25-minute drive from the villa. In Puerto Banus, you have a very wide selection of shops, restaurants, terraces, etc. The lovely village of Benahavis is a 20-minute drive away.

The luxury villa is beautifully situated on the Monte Mayor golf course. Unfortunately, the golf course is not open, but it neighbors the beautiful Marbella Club Golf Resort. By the elevated position, you have a phenomenal view of the sea and on clear days you can see Africa. The villa is situated in a beautifully maintained garden where you will find your private infinity pool.

Your beautiful private pool is wonderfully lined with comfortable sunbeds. Here you can enjoy relaxing under the Spanish sun. Bask in the sun, read your favorite book, and watch as it sets over the sea. A lot of the outdoor terrace is in the shade, so if you wish to cool off after a day in the sun you can do so while still being outdoors. Next to the pool is a gazebo with a dining table with seating for 10 people, a barbecue, and a small fridge.

The fifth bedroom and its bathroom are located in separate guest accommodation. This room is ideal for a couple or younger guests looking for their own space and privacy from the rest of the group while also being able to enjoy a family vacation. This space also boasts its own garden and sitting room. Bask under the warm sun in your private garden.

The home also features a private spa. This space boasts a fantastic indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi that can be heated at your request. There is also a sauna and a fitness room, so whether you want to relax or stay fit and active you can do so at Octo.

There is also a home theatre and bar area. Spend a perfect night in with your guests, enjoy a barbecue, your favorite movie, and your favorite drink.

There is ample private parking at Villa Octo including a heli-pad. You can park your car: parking on the driveway or in the garage. From the garage, you can enter the villa via elevator.
