A beautiful and modern two-story 8-bedroom oceanfront villa with spectacular views of Minitas Beach and Bahia Minitas. The villa is divided into three main areas. The large living room sits in the middle of the house, great for family gatherings, the entertainment area where adults and kids play and the bedroom area. The two master suites are located on the top floor offering great views over their private balconies. The other four guest rooms are distributed on the top and ground floor. Each bedroom feature on-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. A games room for toddlers is also available as part of the villa amenities.
The villa offers its own private beach and dock facility – ideal for early morning refreshing dips!

The Dominican Republic is the second-largest and most diverse Caribbean country. It is renowned for its comfortable climate and vivacious tropical vegetation. Casa de Campo is located on the beautiful southeastern shores of the Dominican Republic, next to the town of La Romana. The Villa is situated just over 70 miles from the capital city of Santo Domingo, the oldest most culturally enriched city in the new world. The villa is approximately a fifteen-minute drive from the La Romana Airport (8km). It is based near the tennis center that is easily accessible with a golf cart. The shooting center and hotel are also in close proximity.

Casa de Campo Access Fee
The resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is US$ 25/night (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/night (between 4-12 years old), and children under 4 are granted free access. Each person registered will receive an ID card, which will detail the dates of their stay. This ID card will grant the named individual access to the resort, as well as the various facilities including access to Equestrian Centre, access to Shooting Centre, access to Tennis courts, access to Cygalle Healing Spa, access to golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates, Use of the fitness centre at villa Owner’s preferential rates, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas beach, use of courtesy internal hotel guests transportation, access to discounts, special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Centre. At the end of your stay, all the charges to the ID card will be charged to your credit card.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Renovation and improvements will be undertaken in the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog", which are scheduled to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November 2025. The golf course will be closed during this period. Conditioning work will be carried out every day of the week, from early morning to late afternoon. These activities will involve heavy machinery circulation and work being developed simultaneously in various areas, especially near the properties located in the vicinity of the course. These improvements are designed to benefit the entire community, and the resort will work to minimize any inconvenience that may arise as operations allow. The affected areas will be Cacique, Costa Verde, Costamar, Punta Aguila (some, not all), and Golf Villas Phase 1.
