As you enter the spacious lobby of the home located on the ground level, a magnificent spiral staircase and an elevator will take you to the first lower level, where you will find a spacious air-conditioned living/kitchen area. Here you can share wonderful moments with family and friends. This large living space opens onto the infinity pool, which overlooks the ocean and the beautiful Indigo Bay, with its hills plunging into the turquoise waters.

Wake in the morning and step out onto the outdoor terrace. Before the rest of your group awakens, you can indulge in a refreshing dip in your private infinity pool. You will be immersed in an atmosphere of tranquillity, guaranteeing a perfect start to a day in paradise. The sixth bedroom at Villa Numa opens to its own living room and well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for a nanny or someone looking for more peace and privacy.

Conveniently located, Villa Numa is just a short drive from Indigo Beach and its well-known beach restaurant. Philipsburg and Simpson Bay are only a 10-minute drive, while Princess Juliana Airport and Marigot are only a 15-minute drive away.
