Villa Nova

Welcome to Villa Nova, a unique and stunning five-bedroom villa with panoramic ocean views. This villa is situated in Guanacaste, a dry tropical province of Costa Rica. This luxury villa is perched on a large ledge on the north side of a mountain spine that climbs parallel to the coastline. On the western side, it has spectacular views of the ocean and to the inland side, it looks over a small valley.

Villa Nova is located in Playa Ocotal, an upscale community located on Ocotal Bay just minutes from popular Playas del Coco in Guanacaste. Tranquil and beautiful, its sandy beach is the perfect place to snorkel, swim, or stand-up paddleboard. Dine at local hotspot Father Rooster’s or venture out to nearby Catalina Island for some of the best scuba diving in the area.

This villa has five en suite bedrooms, all appointed with flat-screen TVs and private terraces. Furthermore, the villa accommodates up to 12 people. Every room boasts breathtaking views of the ocean through floor-to-ceiling windows so large and seamless and rooms open directly onto a terrace.

In the main house, there are three bedrooms with king beds and one with two twin beds. The guest house bedroom has a king bed as well as an outdoor hot tub. High ceilings, tasteful furnishings, and fine details make Villa Nova feel elegant, while an abundance of outdoor space brings that famous Costa Rica nature right to your door. Indoor and outdoor living spaces flow flawlessly together.

Stroll through the glass-walled, over-the-pool hall, or open one of its sides and step right out into the reflection pool. Step out onto the water-submerged terrace to cool your feet and enjoy a refreshing beverage. Here, you’ll find an array of lounge chairs resting in the reflection pools, inviting you to sunbathe. The beautiful infinity pool, sunbathing area, and barbecue area with fabulous views only add to the experience.

Villa Nova includes daily housekeeping to keep your stay relaxing and comfortable no matter how long you choose to stay. You’ll also get a level of service that simply isn’t possible in large hotels, such as your personal onsite concierge team. The concierge can also assist guests with facilitating special event planning needs.
