Villa Monica is nestled in the exclusive resort Casa De Campo on the southeastern shore of the Dominican Republic. The private resort is embedded across 7,000 acres of land and includes a variety of leisurely amenities for you to use at your fingertips. This oceanfront community provides you with a very tranquil and peaceful vacation and a luxury villa to indulge in. The Dominican Republic is the second-largest and most diverse Caribbean country. It is renowned for its comfortable climate and vivacious tropical vegetation. The intriguing history that this location provides is rich in traditional culture. Surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the north and the Caribbean Sea on the south, this enchanting island has 250 miles of world-famous beaches with white sugar-fine sand and clear crystal waters.
Casa de Campo Access Fee
During your stay, the resort registration fee is required to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is US$ 25/night (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/night (between 4-12 years old), and children under four are granted free access. Each person registered will receive an ID card detailing the dates of their stay. This ID card will grant the named individual access to the resort, as well as the various facilities, including access to the Equestrian Centre, access to Shooting Centre, access to Tennis courts, access to Cygalle Healing Spa, access to golf courses, advanced tee times reservations at applicable rates; use of the fitness center at villa Owner’s preferential rates, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas beach, use of courtesy internal hotel guests transportation, access to discounts, special offers, and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Centre. At the end of your stay, all the charges to the ID card will be charged to your credit card.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Renovation and improvements will be undertaken in the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog", which are scheduled to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November 2025. The golf course will be closed during this period. Conditioning work will be carried out every day of the week, from early morning to late afternoon. These activities will involve heavy machinery circulation and work being developed simultaneously in various areas, especially near the properties located in the vicinity of the course. These improvements are designed to benefit the entire community, and the resort will work to minimize any inconvenience that may arise as operations allow. The affected areas will be Cacique, Costa Verde, Costamar, Punta Aguila (some, not all), and Golf Villas Phase 1.
