The private pool and outdoor area is perfect for relaxing. Flooded with natural light from the large windows, the oversized living rooms have smart TVs and the upstairs living room includes a wet bar. For those wishing to stay active while on vacation, a new mirrored gym equipped with treadmills, elliptical, kettlebells, yoga mats and more will keep guests fit in between cookouts. It’s game on in the lower level, which boasts a ping-pong table, foosball, air hockey, and arcade room with classic arcade games. Kick back and get a tan on the massive deck, which has plenty of seating, or put on your bathing suit and jump into the large heated pool or the home’s new seven-person Jacuzzi. For the grill master in the house there is a barbecue outside too.

The location is ideal being close to the nearby Southampton Village to enjoy its shops, boutiques, and restaurants. This property has a max occupancy of 16 guests.
