LOCATION:
This property is located near the beautiful La Croix-Valmer, a small town southwest of St Tropez in the South of France. This location is attractive in every sense, with beautiful beaches and large pine trees of the Massif des Maures, a significant part of what is now a protected reserve.

The town has some interesting 'Belle-Epoque' - early 20th-century villas. Still, the coast and the beaches draw crowds during the summer months rather than the architecture. Spend days relaxing on the beach under the warm sun.

There's also a small open-air theatre where performances can be staged in the summer, apartments, cafes, and views along the coast to the Iles d'Hyeres.

There are many beautiful beaches in La Croix-Valmer stretching for several kilometers. The water here is perfectly clear, and the beaches are sandy and have been awarded the coveted 'blue flag' for cleanliness. Some of the beaches are even accessible with free city shuttles.
