On entering there is a dramatic foyer with an 11ft custom impact glass pivot door that overlooks the lush landscaping and trees. This architecturally designed vacation rental is wonderful for families, couples & friends alike with gorgeous areas for entertaining & relaxing. The living room is exquisite with 22 ft high ceilings, glass retracting walls, and oversized white leather couches overlooking the beautifully landscaped terrace and pool area. It truly embodies indoor-outdoor living at its very best.

The terrace is the ideal spot for guests to totally relax and soak in the Miami sunshine. The large spacious sun loungers simply call to you to enjoy a good book, a cocktail, or simply switch off. The magnificent 45 ft swimming pool is the center of the outdoor living space, wonderful for some strenuous exercise or for some fun pool time with all the family. In addition, there’s a waterfall feature jacuzzi, a great place to enjoy a glass of bubbly and celebrate your vacation time. The outdoor barbeque area is a firm favorite with guests enjoying the famous alfresco dining culture so vibrant in Miami.

The amazing kitchen at Villa Mariola is a sight to behold, it's straight out of Architectural Digest with Italian porcelain countertops, every possible modern convenience, and natural light flooding in from both sides. The lush tropical green planting outdoors is in stark contrast to the white features. Simply beautiful. Guests often enjoy relaxed breakfasts and lunches at the counter or at the outdoor patio table while sumptuous dinners can be hosted at the formal dining table.

The floating stairs lead to 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms all en-suite with stunning marble bathrooms. Each bedroom is bright & spacious with its own standing balcony space overlooking the garden and pool area. The Master King bedroom is contemporary in style with gorgeous pool views and a huge en-suite bathroom with a double-size rain shower and double vanity sink. The natural oak flooring throughout the upstairs adds warmth and cool elegance.

On the first floor, Villa Mariola also offers guests a cozy media room which almost feels as though it is set amongst the trees with clever natural lighting. There is a library with some bright workspace for those who may need to stay connected on vacation.
