This spacious and indulgent villa is located 170 meters from the sugar fine white sandy beach of Loutraki. The shallow waters are crisp and a crystalline blue. Swimming can be enjoyed in turquoise waters within a lovely sheltered bay, ensuring calm and relaxed tides. Loutraki offers comfortable sun beds and large parasols for your use on the beach. There is also a quaint cafe for simple and delicious lunches. For a real sense of the authentic Cretan cuisine, a restaurant is also located along these shores. You are simply a few minutes stroll from these delights.

Built in stone, they are an architectural delight featuring airy rooms and large windows. The design and architectural layout is very contemporary and simplistic. Villa Maira consists of three levels. On the ground floor there is a remarkable entrance hall and a spacious open plan sitting and dining area where you can relax and enjoy your time with friends and family or even have exclusive dinners. There is also a fully equipped kitchen if you wish to make your own meals when it suits you.

The Top floor consists of a delicate designed bedroom with a large king-sized bed with an attached En-suite bathroom which includes a shower. There is also a fitted wardrobe available.

Situated on the lower level are two beautiful bedrooms with En-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. In the middle of these two bedrooms is a nestled games room for everyone to enjoy. The games room comes with an Xbox 360 and a Nintendo as well as consoles. There is also a home theatre installed here, with a huge collection of classic films. All the rooms follow an impressive interior design with pastel colours and modern furnishings.

This Villa is highly distinguishable for its charming characteristic and design. Villa Maira is located along the coast of Greece, in Crete. This secluded villa is nestled along the coastline on a slightly higher ground, giving you the perspective across the vast and tranquil Mediterranean Sea. It is located 9km from the Chania Airport which is a 10-minute car drive. The Heraklion Airport is a but further being 175km from the villa which is a 2-hour drive.

Crete is the largest and most populous of the Greek islands, the fifth-largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. It is in the southern part of the Aegean Sea separating the Aegean from the Libyan Sea. It is renowned for its natural beauty and diverse landscape. Spectacular mountain ranges dotted with a variety of caves, and bursts of dramatic gorges that spill out towards the sea.

The Villa is situated 170 meters from the sugar fine white sandy beach of Loutraki. There is a quaint cafe for simple and delicious lunches. For a real sense of the authentic Cretan cuisine, a restaurant is also located along these shores. You are simply a few minutes stroll from these delights. Approximately 1.3 km north along the coast is the beautiful Marathi bay with three amazing beaches, several restaurants and a beach-cafe.
