Sunny Bay Estates is a beautiful, newly built, luxurious gated community on Provo’s southern shore. Perfectly nestled in a peninsula between Chalk Sound - a Protected National Park, Silly Creek, the stunning/secluded Taylor Bay Beach, and Split Rock means guests will enjoy plenty of options when it comes to fun things to do and sights to behold.

Villa Macy is set one lot back from the water and offers guests a clean, modern, and luxurious space with plentiful natural light and elevated views over the bay. The open-concept design of the property provides inviting water views from virtually anywhere in the house and creates a seamless flow between the different spaces.

Once you walk through the large wall-to-wall Arcadia doors, guests will be delighted with a practical and beautifully furnished spot to spend time together. Villa Macy also features a BBQ grill, covered & uncovered sun decks, outdoor dining and lounging, a surround sound system, a freshwater private pool, water toys, and more. There are a variety of places to rest and relax or just spend time with your loved ones.

Each bedroom is beautifully designed to the highest standard of beauty and luxury. Waking up here will be like a dream in itself. Wake in the morning and enjoy a refreshing cup of coffee before your day in paradise begins. Three of the bedrooms in the villa offer a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom boasts two queen beds.

Sunny Bay Estates features a small beach that is shared with three other villas. Here you can relax in privacy and peace as you soak in the rays of the Caribbean sun. If you wish for more action and adventure, you can hop on your kayaks and paddleboards (included and shared with the other 3 villas), or simply take in the beautiful water vistas before you. Villa Macy offers a versatile and convenient location for both, not to mention beautiful.

Villa Macy is only a short three minutes from a beautiful sandy beach and has a villa attendant who can set up kayaks, paddle boards, umbrellas, and chairs. This allows you to fully relax, you won’t have to worry about a thing.

The Sunny Bay Estates community, where villa Villa Macy is located, is nestled between a peninsula between Chalk Sound, Taylor Bay Beach, and Split Rock, so guests can reach the beach in every direction they turn. Bone fishing sites, historical attractions, hiking trails, jet ski rentals, the Las Brisas Restaurant, and tour operations are all within a short drive, as well. So whatever mood you are in, there is always something available to satisfy.

NOTES:
• Electricity is metered in order to discourage a/c use with the windows open. There is an allowance of 500kw for electricity. The excess will be billed to the guest at the actual cost. The a/c will not function if the doors are open.
• The villa comes equipped with a villa attendant to set up kayaks, paddle boards, umbrellas, chairs, etc., and on-site maintenance issues, if any. He lives in a separate apartment in the garage of Villa Evie and will be there 24 hrs a day.

LOCATION:
Villa Alexis is located in the beautiful area of Chalk Sound in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The region of Chalk Sound is located opposite the magnificent Chalk Sound National Park lagoon on the southwest side of Providenciales. Two beautiful and sheltered beaches are found in the Chalk Sound region: Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay. Both beaches are typically a bit calmer than others and consistently shallower than other areas on the island and therefore make for beaches ideal for family fun under the sun.

The island of Providenciales covers an area of 38 square miles and has consistently been voted as one of the finest beach destinations in the world. The mesmerizing turquoise waters which surround Providenciales are truly unique.

Providenciales provides a great selection of water sports and activities with some of the world’s best diving and snorkeling opportunities in the surrounding waters. Kiteboarding, kayaking, and paddleboarding are extremely popular and fun activities with a great selection of aquatic life to be observed in their natural habitats, such as stingrays, turtles, conch, and even juvenile sharks.
