Welcome to Villa Le Blanc, a brand new modern and minimalist villa located within walking distance to Casa de Campo Marina. Infinity swimming pool, open-air gazebo, and golf course view. A movie room is also part of the property amenities.
The villa has six bedrooms in total, sleeping 12 guests all complete with their own en suite bathroom. All the bedrooms come with A/C & TVs. Outside you will find an alfresco dining area, BBQ facilities, chaise lounges, gazebo, jacuzzi, outside terrace & swimming pool to make your stay more enjoyable.
The villa is in a prime location in Casa de Campo, located close to the marina and Playa Minitas. Playa Minitas is home to the newly designed Minitas Beach Club, boasting a 23-meter infinity pool, an on-site restaurant specializing in Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, an ocean-view bar, and a spacious, chic outdoor lounge deck with live music and DJ entertainment. Whether you relax on the beach, or in the lounge, the panoramic Caribbean views will stun you. Water sports are offered on-site, including snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing, and paddleboats.
Among the most prestigious marinas in the Caribbean, Casa de Campo Marina is ideally situated where the Chavón River meets the Caribbean Sea, within the confines of the Casa de Campo Resort & Villas. The marina accommodates up to 350 yachts from 50 to 250 feet LOA and was designed by Italian architect Gianfranco Fini, inspired by the old seaside villages of the Mediterranean. Within the marina, complex are villas, townhouses, and a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Dine on the waterfront deck at La Casita with a Spanish menu, pick from a range of cuisines from Italian to Brazilian and Chinese, or relax at La Enoteca wine bar. Six on-site commercial plazas feature local designer brands, such as Jenny Polanco for apparel, Bibi León for colorful, handmade home décor and accessories, as well as International brands like Kiwi St. Tropez. Recreational options also abound, including movie theaters, a Yacht Club, a Fishing Club, and a dive shop, among others.

About Casa de Campo
Casa de Campo is a gated resort located in the Dominican Republic. It is a wonderful resort for families. Playa Minitas is home to the newly designed Minitas Beach Club, boasting a 23-meter infinity pool, an on-site restaurant specializing in Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, an ocean-view bar, and a spacious, chic outdoor lounge deck with live music and DJ entertainment. Water sports are offered on-site, including snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing, and paddleboats. Other amenities at Casa de Campo include tennis, horse-riding, golf, skeet shooting, polo, shopping etc there are lots of restaurants to choose from too.
Casa de Campo Access Fee
The resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is US$ 25/night (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/night (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 are granted free access. Each person registered will receive an ID card, which will detail the dates of their stay. This ID card will grant the named individual access to the resort, as well as the various facilities including access to Equestrian Centre, access to Shooting Centre, access to Tennis courts, access to Cygalle Healing Spa, access to golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates, Use of the fitness centre at villa Owner’s preferential rates, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas beach, use of courtesy internal hotel guests transportation, access to discounts, special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Centre. At the end of your stay, all the charges to the ID card will be charged to your credit card.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Renovation and improvements will be undertaken in the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog", which are scheduled to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November 2025. The golf course will be closed during this period. Conditioning work will be carried out every day of the week, from early morning to late afternoon. These activities will involve heavy machinery circulation and work being developed simultaneously in various areas, especially near the properties located in the vicinity of the course. These improvements are designed to benefit the entire community, and the resort will work to minimize any inconvenience that may arise as operations allow. The affected areas will be Cacique, Costa Verde, Costamar, Punta Aguila (some, not all), and Golf Villas Phase 1.

Absolutely Stunning
This villa is absolutely stunning. We stayed here with our extended family of 12 and really loved it. We had some great meals outside and the kids loved the cinema room. Beds are gloriously comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and the staff so attentive. It was a pretty perfect vacation!
