The property boasts two terraces on each side of the living accommodation. One of the terraces overlooking the magnificent hills and the pool, while the other looks out onto the breakfast and dining alfresco area. Here you can have a cup of coffee while soaking in the morning sun and enjoy a slow morning in this countryside paradise.

Step outside into the garden with natural flowers, lawns, and terraces. Head out in the evening and dine under the setting sun. As the stars settle into the night sky, you can sip a refreshing beverage and spend time with your loved ones. A perfect end to an evening.

The property boasts a large swimming pool, 4,5m x 11m, surrounded by teak decking, sun loungers, and an amazing view across the valley. Here is a perfect place to spend your days, laying out under the sun or just relaxing a reading a book. There is also a light Pétanque” boules court and private parking for guests’ convenience.

Villa L’Amourie boasts five bedrooms, each perfectly designed to blend with the exceptional surroundings. The bedrooms also feature their own bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the master bedroom is located on the first floor, allowing for ample space and privacy. Accommodating up to 10 guests, this home is perfect for a small family reunion or just a vacation with loved ones.

The villa’s ground floor boasts an open-plan layout encompassing the living and dining area. Sit on the large comfortable sofa before the fire and cozy up for a relaxing evening in. A fully equipped kitchen also features a fridge/freezer, induction plate, dishwasher, Nespresso, blender, etc.

The property includes a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
