Welcome to Villa Kessi a luxurious and very spacious 3-bedroom villa with a private infinity pool, lovely tropical gardens and stunning views. It is located in South Hill, within the very exclusive Cap Estate.
Cap Estate is the northernmost point of the island of St Lucia. It is wonderfully quiet and exclusive, yet it is only minutes away from Rodney Bay and the stunning beach.

This lovely St Lucia vacation rental is high above the island’s only 18-hole golf course and has wonderful views of both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Its high location, open architectural design and unobstructed views capture the trade winds that transverse this part of the island.

Villa Kessi which was built and designed by island-renowned architect Wayne Brown incorporates many aspects of the traditional Caribbean and colonial style. It has wooden floors, jalousie shutters, wooden railings, a wood-carving-detailed balcony and a wonderful veranda that runs the full length of the house. The living area is open plan with the dining area and kitchen providing a lovely open and spacious feeling in Villa Kessi.

The entire front of this luxury vacation rental opens up via French doors to a covered terrace and a large infinity swimming pool. The terrace has an outdoor seating area, pool table, hammock and a lovely alfresco dining area making it a lovely place to have lunch in between cooling dips in the pool. It is also the perfect place for relaxing, enjoying a cocktail or dining with friends and family or just looking at the stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. You can even see as far as Martinique on a clear day.

The house is beautifully furnished and decorated in a Caribbean-colonial style, with four-poster beds, wicker chairs and tables, and sea turtle shells. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and traditional netting are in each of the three oversized, open bedrooms. The first floor has two bedrooms, both of which open onto the veranda. The end bedroom has a super king-sized four-poster bed and the second bedroom has two bunk beds that are suitable for up to four children*. Each bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a shower.

The master bedroom encompasses the entire second floor. The master suite is beautifully furnished and features a four-poster super king-size bed and a balcony with a wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean and glimpses of Martinique.

The villa is beautifully landscaped and contains mature gardens with a wide variety of tropical trees, plants and flowers. The garden also contains wooden loungers and benches that provide quiet spots to have a drink or enjoy a book.
