The Villa is comprised of six bedrooms and two beautiful guest houses while offering a vast variety of amenities that add the feeling of a five-star-resort. Privacy is the main feature of this villa. Situated in this special area of northeastern Crete, your dream villa, Villa Katrin has spectacular views of the bay of Elounda. The modern layout and contemporary residence offers panoramic views of wonderful sunrises and sunsets.

Your private Villa consists of the main house which sits on a slight hillside, including three floors of luxurious rooms. Starting up on the top floor, this villa features three majestic en-suite bedrooms. These bedrooms have the most breathtaking views of the turquoise waters below and towards the horizon. The Master suite is full of indulgent features. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with soft linens and plush cushions. It also has a featured decorative fireplace. There is direct access to your own private porch and private balcony from the upper level bedrooms. There are two en-suite bathrooms, one fitted with a large shower room and the other with a private Jacuzzi bathtub. There is one more double bedroom with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a balcony with breathtaking sea views. The third room has comfortable twin beds (which can be converted into a king-sized bed if desired). It features an en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the front of the house with a view of an olive grove in the distance and the peaceful mountains that lay around this location. On the upper level there is also a hall overlooking the living room and the front hall. All of these bedrooms have a unique design and characteristic which their own color scheme, artistic flow and also the overall open layout.

Taking a walk down onto the ground floor of the property there is a front hall that is decorated beautifully with a six-hundred-year-old fireplace. The room is built with high rise ceilings making the space light and relaxed. There are doors that lead out onto the terrace and this also allows light to floor into the room. There are quaint splashes of color splashed around the room as the little windows of stained glass art are above each of the terrace doors. The study is also situated on this floor. There is a large library of books to choose from and a Boston grand piano for you to enjoy. This grand piano was made by the incredible Steinway. The dining room occupies a large space that can seat up to twelve guests. The room has direct access out onto the terrace with majestic views of the surrounding location. There is an open space kitchen that is fully equipped to suit all you need if you wish to try out a few new recipes or if you intend on relaxing, then why not have your professional chef cook an extravagant meal for the whole family. If you wish to head into the local town for a meal, then it is only moments away to try some authentic Greek cuisine. This space outside overlooks the pool and has a large dining area that seats up to ten people for a lovely evening meal.

Taking steps outside to the dining area that is on your private courtyard, this luxurious space has a table with four comfortable chairs for you to relax in and enjoy the calm breezes as they skim across your skin full of warmth. This area is also a covered area for you to enjoy the location in the cool shade. There is a large patio where you will can seat twelve for an evening of fine dining as this marbleized table over looks the sea views and the Bay of Elounda. There is also a large laundry room located on this level for you to do any washing or drying if you need it. There is an additional guest bathroom on this floor.

The lower level brings with it the two remaining suites that both features an abundance of luxurious. The first suites hold two bedrooms and are both fitted with two twin beds. Each can be co9nverted into a king-sized bed if desired. The beds are very lavish and plush with soft linens and light-colored throws. The bedrooms share an open living room with a bathroom equipped with a luxurious shower. The bedrooms have access leading out onto the private covered terrace. The second suite has a bedroom with a private en-suite and a separate sitting area with comfortable sofas and direct access to the private terrace. The lower level also has a guest bathroom and a games room. The games room is fully equipped for days full of fun, as well as being installed with a high-resolution television with a variety of satellite channels. There are a set of French doors in this games room that leads out into the private infinity pool area.

The guest house that comes with this private villa accommodates up to four guests. This separate apartment holds two bedrooms fitted with en-suites. One of these rooms has twin beds and the other has a double bed. The guesthouse has its own fully equipped open plan kitchen area as well as a dining room and a living room so that everyone is ensured their own space and privacy. This house is perfectly autonomous.

The outdoor surrounding area of this villa is very exotic with its prime location and elevations for the most exquisite of views. Discover your own private infinity pool 12x6 meters large that seems to seamlessly flow from your courtyard and out toward the crystalline ocean. Grab a book from your own library and then lay out on the comfortable sun loungers and soak in the day of pure bliss. Make use of the large patio with your outdoor barbecue and an eating area made for up to twelve guests. The private wooden deck platform by the sea has lounge chairs, sun umbrella, drinks fridge and ladder into the crystal blue sea. You can even talk a stroll around your private villa and find some of the exotic plants that bring bold colors to life. The little pathways and walks are captivating, full of vivacious lush plants and vegetation. The gardens include olive groves and a Roman tank protected by Greek laws on antiquities. On your walk you will come across the Davis Cup size tennis court with an adjacent boules court. Here you can duel your guests or family member to a fun game of tennis! The Heraklion Port is a little further at 70km, just over an hour drive from your private villa. The local town of Agios Nikolaos is situated 10km from your doorstep, a short ten-minute drive. Here you will find shops, restaurants and a vast variety of amenities for you to make use of during your stay.

The beachfront is only 0.2km from your private villa making it a short five to ten minutes stroll from the ease of your own villa, or simply a two-minute drive.
