The interior space of the villa covers 460 sq. meters and features six bedrooms within the house as well as two independent guest rooms.

The gardens that surround the property are laced with delicate flowers that grace the area with vibrant colors and sweet-smelling fragrances. There is a quaint play area, located near the villa for children to play in, with a fun swing set, seesaw, a climbing apparatus and a shaded seating area. The playground is laced with tropical vegetation and the ground is leveled with soft sand for the children to play safe and securely in. The exteriors of the Villa include the private infinity swimming pool, the outdoor seating area, and the outdoor dining area. Villa Kara is built up of three luxurious floors. On exploring the ground floor, you will discover an impressive living area that is very spacious and airy due to the large window with floodings of light. The soft plush sofa is decorated with bold blue cushions and tropical plants are dotted through space. The living area also has direct access through the French doors to an area shaded by an arched colonnade, with views to the infinity edge pool and surrounding gardens. The large open plan living room is fitted with high rise ceilings and a fireplace. There is also a study located on this floor for you to indulge in some space and peace of mind. The quirky dining area has a rich wooden table with various designed seats, for up for eight guests. The kitchen comes equipped and ready for you to cook some delicious meals and indulge in some tasty desserts if you wish. Space opens onto an outdoor, pergola shaded pool and a side dining area with a wide patio This spot is an ideal area for some alfresco living and some outdoor dining as you soak in the surrounding views in total seclusion. For a finishing touch, there is a bar area in the kitchen with stools overlooking the pool and sea. There is also a fitted guest bathroom.

The ground floor includes two bedrooms with twin beds and a double bed. The bedrooms both have fitted en-suite shower rooms with luxurious Rainfall showers, to ensure everyone privacy and space. The rooms have walk-in closets and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. One of the rooms has a small terrace with direct access to the pool.

Delving further into the Villa, the top floor is where you will come across the Master suite bedroom including a 1.80m, four-poster king-sized bed. The room has a private en-suite bathroom. The room includes closets and direct access to a private terrace with the indulgent panoramic sea views. There is also another bedroom located on the top floor. This bedroom has a 1.60m double bed with separate external entrance and a private en-suite shower room. The room has a fitted walk-in closet and quaint fireplace with beautiful views of the sea on the private terrace. On the lower level, there is a storage and a laundry room.
