This Villa sleeps up to 10 guests and is a wonderful choice for all kinds of Mexican vacations.

This one-of-a-kind vacation Villa is designed in a clearly contemporary way. Using clean-cut corners and cement walls with contrasting rustic décor to create a perfectly balanced combination of minimalism and traditional Mexican style.

Villa Kaa Nah is home to five modern bedrooms for all guests to unwind in at the end of a busy day exploring the area. All but one of the rooms reside on the first floor; the bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the pool and surrounding patio. Two of the rooms on the first floor share a terrace that overlooks the garden below. All of the bedroom suites have their own en suite bathrooms along with organic toiletries. Every detail was thought out to make the guests’ experience unique.

The gourmet kitchen at Villa Kaa Nah is the perfect setting for your dedicated chef or any guests that enjoy delving into the culinary arts. The kitchen follows the theme of the house with matt light grey cabinets, stainless steel amenities, and a large kitchen island. The island has a white marble top, and you can sit on one of the wooden stools as you enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine and chit-chat shared with the designated chef on an evening.

The Villa’s main dining setup is in the open plan living space on the ground floor. It consists of a large wooden dining table and matching chairs. This all sits underneath a beautifully woven hanging light, which provides comforting hues while enjoying your meal. Beside this is a grey L-shaped sofa facing a large flat-screen television. This is a lovely place for everyone to chill out and maybe watch an episode or two of someone’s favourite show. This entire area opens up to the outdoor pool terrace with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that span the length of the Villa.

Kaa Nah has an outdoor living area that anyone would dream about. A turquoise pool sits in the centre of the patio, and the entire area is surrounded by lush greenery. Wooden loungers reside to either side with magenta sun umbrellas at the ready for if you feel like some shade to escape the hot sun. Then an array of couches and armchairs with light orange cushioning lies just outside the Villa’s interior where guests can enjoy each other's company with a chilled glass of wine in hand, or some appetizers whipped up last-minute in the kitchen. Beside the full-sized barbeque grill is an outdoor dining setup that can be found under the first-floor balcony giving you added shelter from the harshness of the natural elements and is in front of the mini garden with trees that reach above the property’s roof. Lastly, on this terrace is the egg chair which hangs from the underside of the upper-level balcony. It is a nice place to relax and read a book or just enjoy the sun. This Villa has something for everyone.

Villa Kaa Nah is also complete with the services of a personal chef. This service is amazing as it frees up more time to enjoy your vacation and forget about feeding the crew. A professionally trained chef is like taking your best friend on vacation with you!
