Welcome to Villa Ivy, located on a hillside above the pond in St Jean, is a deluxe 2-bedroom villa, suitable for 4 guests.

The villa enjoys blissful peace and tranquillity with superb panoramic views, while also being in an ideal location, close to many well-known and sought-after facilities. The simple and minimalistic décor and furnishings of Villa Ivy further enhance the beauty that surrounds this property.

The air-conditioned living room lies at the heart of the villa and is the social hub of the space. It is furnished with comfortable, plush couches and contemporary, luxury finishes including a flat screen TV linked to an Apple TV. The living room opens beautifully onto the terrace and pool area and is linked to the stylish kitchen, which also opens onto the covered part of the terrace with an outdoor dining table with seating for 5.

The bedrooms are located at either end of the villa, giving guests more privacy. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with sea views, king sized beds, TVs, a safe and en-suites. One bedroom has a private sea view terrace.

Each indoor space in the villa has exterior access onto the communal terrace and pool area. Beside the heated infinity pool, loungers and sunbeds offer guests ample choice of spots to soak up some Caribbean sun or relax in the shade.

LOCATION DETAILS
Villa Ivy is not far from the island's top destinations including the capital, Gustavia, and St Jean which is only moments from your doorstep. St-Jean is one of the most sought-after locations on the island, offering many fine-dining opportunities, boutiques, and white sandy beaches. St-Jean beach is listed as one of the best Caribbean beaches.

On Sundays make your way to Nikki Beach for a great beach party atmosphere. Have a drink at the bar, dance with your friends or slip into the turquoise waters of Nikki Beach or St Jean beach close by – the choice is yours!

The beaches here in St Barts are stunning. An all-time favourite is Colombier Beach, as it is off the beaten track. This beach requires a 20-minute walk along the coast, but it makes this secluded and quiet beach so worthwhile. The water is crystal clear, and the white sand is sugar fine. You can even hire a private charter to sail along the island and stop at this captivating beach, sail onto the shore (or swim!) and enjoy this wonderfully preserved paradise. We recommend bringing an umbrella for shade if you intend on spending a long day Colombier. For something, a little more active, then head to Petite Cul-de-Sac on the east coast of St Barts. This white sand beach offers great water sport activities such as windsurfing!

The island hosts an array of fun activities and excursions for you to enjoy during your stay. One of the best places to visit is Gustavia, the capital of the island. This yacht-filled marina is lined in restaurants, designer shops and smaller boutiques filled with Caribbean treasures.
