Welcome to Villa Isla, a stunning beachfront 5-bedroom luxurious villa offering enchanting ocean views, perched perfectly above Long Bay Beach, Provodenciales, Turks & Caicos.

This spectacular property has a magnificent setting on an elevated beach dune area providing seemingly endless views of the beautiful turquoise sea and silky soft, white, sandy beach. These views are visible from virtually every room giving a constant picturesque backdrop throughout the day and a fabulous sunrise as each day arrives. If there’s a more scenic place to be on our planet, I’ve yet to find it. Although the villa is a short drive from Grace Bay, with its restaurants, golfing and casinos, the property is secluded and serene, offering complete privacy.

This wonderful property offers the most modern amenities both inside and out. The open professional gourmet kitchen leads out to a covered grilling and dining terrace, complete with an outdoor table, prefect for al fresco dining. The indoor dining table seats 10 comfortably, with easy access to the gourmet kitchen. Equipped with all stainless steel appliances and a marble counter top, the kitchen is the epitome of chic design. There are two plush, comfortable indoor seating areas on the ground floor, each offering panoramic views of Long Bay through the vast windows and sliding glass doors. The villa is furnished and decorated throughout with stylish understated elegance and an emphasis on bright, beautiful & airy. Outside you have a choice of resting in either of two relaxation areas on the deck, or you can soak up the suns rays in one of the loungers. The long infinity pool has both a wading area and a lap area, and a hot tub with South African Hardwood is situated adjacent, all directly facing out to sea. A private staircase leads down to the beach, where guests can lay out on the sun deck or snooze in the shaded hammock. There are kayaks to take out on the water, and miles of a sugar white sandy beach to walk along. The turquoise water is picture perfect and easy to swim & snorkel in for all ages with amazing treasures scattered about the ocean floor. The villa provides pool toys, sand toys, water floaties and ocean loungers and you can have jet skis dropped off for you at the shore.

The Turks and Caicos Islands are known for their spectacular snorkelling sites. At Villa Isla you are spoilt with some of the island's best snorkelling sites straight off the beach in front of the villa.

Famed for it’s beautiful beaches and exquisite restaurants, Providenciales really is the jewel in the crown of the Caribbean for luxurious yet serene living. Long Bay is a quiet, picturesque, residential area and the beach offers ideal conditions for kite-surfers.

Note: Air conditioning is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter in the laundry room where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. You will not be charged for the first $500 of usage. Villa Isla has 8 separate air conditioning systems, so you may cool certain parts as needed.

Note: Villa Isla features an optional pool heater which is may be utilized for $1000 + tax per week.

Villa Isla features 5 fabulous en suite Master bedrooms, on 2 levels. Each bedroom commands ocean views with floor-to-ceiling windows, bathing the rooms in constant natural bright light. 2 bedrooms occupy the ground floor with access to the pool deck. 3 bedrooms occupy the upper level, 2 of which have private balconies. Each bedroom has a king size bed, a spacious en suite bathroom and a flat screen TV.
