The Villa I Gerani was built in 1963 by the famous Italian architect Ugo Miglietta for Wanda Ferragamo, Salvatore Ferragamo’s wife. Today it belongs to her grandson Salvatore Ferragamo Junior. The Villa I Gerani is enclosed by a pinewood forest with a beautiful lawn and garden and a spacious stone terrace full of geraniums. You will find a large patio overlooking the pool on the beachfront side of the villa. A path of about 90 meters leads from the terrace or pool directly to the beach, a private beach bungalow, and a changing area for guests’ convenience.
The villa’s main entrance opens into a beautiful living and dining room. This space boasts a fireplace, a study, and a TV room, ideal for a night in or watching a movie. The dining room, with its large French windows, overlooks the outdoor terrace and garden, allowing beautiful natural light to stream through.
