The living areas of this magnificent villa are meticulously furnished and the emphasis of elegance is clear to see, at every turn. Decorative white paneling and relaxed hues add to the brightness of the interiors. An abundance of windows ensure plenty of natural light. The aptly named Great Room features a dramatic coffered ceiling, plush couches, exquisite Chinese porcelain lamps and French Doors which open out to the landscaped backyard.

The fully equipped spacious gourmet eat-in kitchen features an abundance of counter space, stainless steel appliances and a centre island. A formal dining room located off the kitchen can seat 10 around a beautiful wood dining table. Also located off the kitchen area is a Sun Room, ideal for relaxation, with comfortable seating and a fireplace.

Villa Grace also features its own movie theatre with reclining leather seats and also a games room with pool table and table football.

The landscaped backyard garden features an impressive brick herringbone patio with plenty of space, both covered and uncovered, where you and your guests can enjoy soaking up the sun and dining Al Fresco. The welcoming heated swimming pool and hot tub are surrounded by reclining pool loungers and umbrellas.

Lots of counter space and ample seating gives you the option to turn prepping mealtimes into a social gathering.
