One of the villa's special features, the air-conditioning-optional kitchen, has a wide "pass-through" to the covered dining terrace that can function nicely as a pool bar. In addition, the dining terrace can be screened so you can still enjoy the views below.

The pool in the villa is extra-long and heated and is enhanced by a waterfall, and the outdoor living spaces include areas above and below the pool deck furnished with chaise lounges and a rear terrace. This is an ideal space to relax in and let your worries and stresses melt away. If you wish you will not have to leave the comfort of your luxurious and well-appointed villa. There are two masters’ suites in Villa Fun and Sun, one in a separate pavilion and the other off the living room. The separate room in the pavilion is ideal for those looking for more space or privacy like a couple or younger members of the group. With direct access to the pool and deck area, you can enjoy a morning yoga session and a refreshing dip in the pool with the most sensational view as the backdrop.

There is also a guest bedroom is in the rear. A small bonus room is located between the living room and the guest room. Furnished with a pull-out sofa, it would be suitable for a child or teen. Parking is ample outside the villa also.

St Barth is the ultimate vacation destination for those looking for the ultimate luxurious vacation. Lorient beach is a prized destination and is a beautiful option for families and friends. It is a reef-protected spot and great for swimming and snorkelling. In the winter, it provides some shade. To the left of the beach is a great surfing spot. It is fun to sometimes watch the hard-core surfers catching a wave.
