From the minute you step foot through the villa’s doors, you will feel the bliss and relaxation of the location. The home was built to emulate an Italian Palazzo and has been beautifully maintained while boasting modern amenities and furnishings. This makes the home an ideal destination for you and your guests. Located in the Eco-Golf Estates of the Los Sueños Resort and Marina, Villa Firenze hosts no limit on luxury, sophistication, and entertainment.

Modeled after the dome of Florence’s 14th-century Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Villa Firenze offers 9,500 square feet of elegance and sophistication. Originally built in 2007, then renovated in 2016, the owners and designers spared no expense, importing elite fabrics, stones, and artwork from around the globe.

Unwind outdoors and de-stress in the Costa Rican sunshine. The outdoor area will enable you to do that and more. You can float atop the gorgeous 50′ infinity pool or relax in the walk-in spiral jetted spa. Further outdoor amenities include a professional-grade gas grill and plenty of seating, a clubhouse bar area, fire pit, helipad, and expansive gardens – ideal for watching the abundant wildlife. All you could wish for is at your fingertips. All that is left for you to do is sit back, relax, and soak up the warm Costa Rican sun.

The separate Club House building, situated across the manicured lawn, is home to the X-Golf Simulator, outdoor bar with TV wall, convertible sofa-bed with en suite bathroom, and catering kitchen to provide for events small or large. If you wish, you won’t have to leave the comfort of your home if you do not wish.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Upper Master Suite: Upper-level spacious master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and large windows overlooking the lush jungle-style gardens, lawn, and pool area. The plush king-size bed is dressed in designer linens, remote adjustable positions, and your choice of pillows from the Villa Firenze pillow menu.

This master suite has a smart TV, a fully stocked in-room fridge, a large walk-in closet, and an electronic safe. The ensuite bathroom boasts an opulent metal bathtub, dual sinks, an independent walk-in shower, and a separate toilet closet.

Upper Patio Suite: Situated in the East of the Villa, this is the most private suite. This expansive upper-level lodging boasts high vaulted ceilings & private patio area with a kitchenette and lounge area.

Fitted with a luxurious king-sized bed with designer linens, flat-screen smart TV, SONOS sound system, coffee station, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, twin sinks & separate toilet closet, large walk-in closet, and electronic safe.

Lower Master Suite: This expansive lower-level suite is located on the pool level with private patio doors opening onto a quiet private seating area. This suite has internal doors connecting directly to the office/additional bedroom – ideal for those with small children. The bedroom is equipped with smart TV, SONOS sound system, large walk-in closet & electronic safe.
The spacious bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, dual sinks, stand-alone shower, toilet closet & dressing table.

Dome Suite: Located at the front of the villa, this lower-level suite has a private door on the side patio & lawn area. The high-ceilinged room boasts an opulent four-poster bed, coffee table and seating, in-room fridge, coffee station, smart TV, SONOS sound system, and electronic safe. The Mediterranean-style bathroom is fitted with a spacious step-in shower & dual sinks.

OOUTDOOR AREA AND CLUBHOUSE:
• Infinity Pool - 50’ private infinity pool looking onto the beautiful jungle-like gardens below
• Hot Tub - Spiral walk-in, 8-person, jetted hot tub.
• Dining and BBQ - An outdoor dining table for ten guests is an outdoor dining table under the two-story ceiling, with a fan to keep everyone cool. The gas BBQ and grill sit beside a comfortable seating area overlooking the infinity pool.
• Italian Courtyard - A central, Italian renaissance-style courtyard framed by intricate arches and filled with handsome floras. A Romeo & Juliet style balcony above completes the Italian illusion. From the central courtyard radiates all bedroom suites, the living areas, and the pool area.
• Games Room - The purpose-built clubhouse sits across the lawn from the main villa. With entertainment and relaxation in mind, the clubhouse is fitted with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment.
• Club House Bedroom - The games room easily converts into the sixth bedroom at Villa Firenze. This hideaway suits younger family members with a convertible queen-size bed and full shower room.
• Outdoor Bar and Dining - Outdoor bar with seating area on lounge chairs, bar seats, and high-top bar tables. The video wall & side TVs (a total of 6 TVs) make this an ideal hangout for watching your favorite sports. A powder room is directly accessible from the exterior bar area.
