You are sure to love the color palette in front of you, whatever you and your guests plan to do – the luscious greens of the tropical plants which surround Villa Eva and the bright blues of the Bay of Flamands and the private pool.

Set over two levels, this property has copious amounts of living space for you and your guests to enjoy. On the ground floor, opening up to the terrace and pool area through large sliding glass doors, you will find the living room and kitchen. The living room is tastefully decorated, and its soft plush furnishings make it the perfect setting in which to truly relax. The huge screen set into the wall is ideal for those nights spent watching TV together in full holiday mode. The design of this room is simple and uncluttered, allowing a sense of peace and ease as you and your guests make the most of the space to unwind.

From the living room, guests can move seamlessly into the fully-equipped kitchen. Catering for twelve people, the kitchen has all the fittings you need for a comfortable stay in St Barts, including an espresso machine and a wine cellar. With lovely light wooden décor and a luxurious white countertop, the kitchen invokes a sense of opulence while also providing everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or make a great cup of coffee in the mornings to drink on the terrace. The bedrooms are all furnished with king beds (which can be made into twin beds as desired) and have air conditioning for that added touch of comfort. You can be sure to drift off into a peaceful sleep in any of these bedrooms. Each room allows for a splendid vista over the Bay of Flamands and its islands, so you don’t have to worry about missing out on the ocean views as you go to bed. In addition, the three bedrooms on the main level of Villa Eva have their own private terraces for those who want some quality relaxation of their own. The three ground-level rooms are accessible directly from the exterior of the villa, while the two upstairs rooms can be accessed via an external staircase. TVs can be found in all five rooms, complete with US satellite, so you can catch your favorite shows as you get some downtime. With high ceilings and tasteful furnishings, the bedrooms are elegant yet comfortable – instantly inviting you and your guests to truly let go after a long day of sunbathing to your heart’s content.
