Welcome to Villa Esprit, a remarkably neoteric 3-bedroom villa that faces north for uninterrupted views of the Caribbean with a private stretch of beach laid out before it.

Situated on the northern coastline of the island, minutes from the likes of Rum Point and Cayman Kai, Esprit’s location affords a private oasis of relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the regular tourist trails, while remaining close to convenience. Sit out on one of the recliners and sun yourself with the relaxing sound of the waves breaking against the shore – if the heat gets to be too much, take the plunge into the cool waters of the pool to revitalize your senses. Better yet, head down to the sand and catch some waves, or explore the reef-enclosed coast with the kayaks that have been provided. Once you’ve sated your appetite for adventure, the barbeque that sits on the terrace is sure to get stomachs rumbling and is perfect for an afternoon cookout.

Inside, the décor is chic, with bold colors used sparingly to preserve the bright and airy feel to the room. The open concept floor plan of the villa lends itself well to creating a social and pleasant atmosphere for guests to gather in, the great room featuring the lounge, kitchen, and dining area under one roof. Take a breather in the lounge, and sink into the plush couch facing the widescreen TV for some well-needed R&R. Two of the walls are fitted with full-length glass doors, ensuring guests can’t miss the view no matter where they stand or sit. Acting as a divide, the breakfast bar partitions the room neatly without sacrificing the social aspect, masking a fully equipped and sleekly designed kitchen behind it. Both the lounge and dining area enjoy front row seats to the ocean on the villa doorstep, a sight many people never tire of.

The three bedrooms house six guests comfortably, each supplied with their own irresistibly soft beds and bedding; the master suite enjoys the use of its own en-suite bathroom, as well as direct access to the terrace, whereas the remaining two share a generously sized bathroom between them. The third bedroom, containing two twin beds, can be combined into a king upon request.

Cayman Kai’s peace and seclusion is the rare luxury that many visitors to the island crave.

One of the most popular cruise ships destinations in the world, George Town, the islands’ capital, is not short of wonderful sights and sounds; any and all types of activity, both on and off the water can be found close by; historical museums, art galleries, wonderful boutiques, and superb restaurants are to be found all around, as well as walking tours to get to know the area like a local.
