Welcome to Villa Endeavour, a bright and cheerful 3-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac, St. Barts. Situated on the hillside, in a natural space, Endeavour is strongly recommended if you wish quietness, a total change of scenery from your everyday busy life, incredible views, greenery, and ample space. Definitely the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
The villa overhangs the bay of Petit Cul-de-Sac and the deep blue ocean, providing stunning views, particularly when the swell of the Atlantic ocean comes to break on the coral reef and Tortue island is right in front of you. The show is often grandiose, and all just a 20-minute drive from Gustavia and 15 minutes away from the airport. As they say: “location, location, location”!
Extremely private, Villa Endeavour is facing the west, which will guarantee maximum exposure to sunlight throughout the day and fascinating sunsets in the evenings. Due to its situation, the outside area of this home has been designed to be very pleasant and friendly in order to ensure the enjoyment of every minute of the day. Outdoor living is a must as the villa provides a gazebo with a gas barbecue and a large dining table for moments of informal and fun meals together, as well as a long (13.1 x 26.2 ft) heated pool overhanging the ocean and a reinvigorating outside jacuzzi. This home also provides a private fitness room with a runner, a bike, a rower, and weights for your daily workout, so no excuses there!
The comfortable indoor living spaces are directly connected to the outdoor areas through large open window screens that assist in making it all in one. The different settings flow naturally from one to the other, so you can enjoy each other’s company, no matter where in the house you are. Definitely a good setup for shared family life. There is a formal indoor dining area that can sit up to 8 people and is elegantly furnished and lit. Adjacent to this space, you have an ample sitting room area with comfy sofas and a coffee table for some pre or post-dinner drinks, all overlooking the pool terrace and the view beyond. A large flat-screen TV can be found here as well so that you do not miss your favourite show or sports game.
For nights where you would rather stay in, or the sunset is too beautiful to miss, the full-kitted kitchen offers everything that a budding or experienced chef could want to prepare a full-fledged meal for the family or group of friends. Its setup also facilitates good conversation with smoothies, coffee, cocktails, or wine in hand while the cook of the day is hard at work.
When the time comes for a good rest after a full day of exploring around the island or a day out on the water, Villa Endeavour offers three very well-appointed and comfortable bedrooms with loads of space, en-suite bathrooms, and unique ocean views. Two of those bedrooms are accessible through the living room area; the third bedroom is situated on the lower level and is accessible through the terrace. They are all airconditioned and have a private safe in the room for comfort. The décor is contemporary and clean and based on natural light fabrics and tones that help relax body and mind. Huge windows and doors allow the natural light to flow in uninterrupted during the day, but curtains assist in keeping the light out if preferable. Every detail has been seen to with your comfort in mind.
