The garden is a veritable paradise, and a relaxing oasis illuminated by thoughtfully designed lighting to highlight its best features, even by night, which affords guests intimate privacy wherever they might be in the property. A covered outdoor lounge with comfortable seating affords guests a more intimate conversation setting, should they wish to retire from the dining table, or enjoy a morning coffee to the Costa Rican sunrise, surrounded by the floral. A gorgeous waterfall feature set within the grand infinity-edge swimming pool will instill a Zen-like ambience to the garden, as the sound of flowing water will wash away any stray worries that might be lingering, allowing guests to fully enjoy their time at the villa.

The interior abounds and seems to spread further out with each step you take through the front door. A high-ceiling great room, painted with blue and white washes to emulate the cerulean sky that sits above Costa Rica, is crowned by an intricately made chandelier that refracts the light all around, seeming to fill every corner. Underneath, a plush rug sits at the centre, surrounded by snug couches and armchairs to sink into after a long day of activities, perfect for entertaining. The richly coloured wood floor follows the design of the villa closely, seemingly radiating outward from the centre to fill the space; combined with the clean white walls and contemporary aesthetic of the furniture, brings a warmth to the space that will make feel guests pleasantly welcome. The design of the villa also keeps temperature and climate in mind; fans and air-conditioning will allow for fresh air to circulate and keep guests pleasantly cool in the Tamarindo heat. A pool table sits ready for a game just outside the great room, and the villa is equipped with a flat-screen TV in a home theater system that will be sure to immerse the guests as they curl up to watch a movie.

A fully equipped kitchen caters to your every need with modern appliances, and with a dining table that’s fit for a king, a grand total of 14 seats are available for guests to occupy and enjoy any meal that’s laid out before them, and should you pursue the path of pure luxury, the services of a professional chef may be arranged, allowing guests to enjoy delicious meals, without the task of preparation and cooking involved.
The bedrooms, each equipped with a lavish king size bed and their own en-suite bathrooms, have been uniquely decorated with a different theme; all are designed with comfort and luxury at the forefront, and are beautifully embellished with bespoke furnishings and lustrous bed linens. Several rooms of the villa host both king size and smaller twin beds, which make catering for family groups an effortless task. The only undertaking that guests may find difficult is choosing which of these beautiful rooms they would like to sleep in; all are distinctive in their style choices, with the only clue being the name on the door to allude to what’s in store for the guests upon entering. From the bright, turquoise-accented Celeste and delicate pinks of Coral, to the clean, bright whites and elegant greys and blacks of Bianca and Ebony, Villa Don Vito has a room to suit all tastes.
