Welcome to Villa Dionora, a luxury 7-bedroom villa located in Montepulciano, Tuscany in, Italy.
This beautiful home, boasting some of the most spectacular views of rolling hills and golf fields, will be a base for you and your guests from which you can explore all that Tuscany has to offer. You and your guests will be spoilt for choice, from charming nearby villages to lovely restaurants.
The roads between the hills and valleys lead you to the noble city of Montepulciano, amongst the most intriguing in Tuscany. You can enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime vacation in this rustic and beautiful Italian paradise.
The villa, which dates to the beginning of the eighteen hundreds, has been completely reconstructed, maintaining with care the original details. The new renovations are a beautiful combination of the original rustic character of the villa as well as the new modern amenities the home offers. The villa is spread over 1000sq. mt. and is surrounded by a beautiful garden of half a hectare containing an English lawn, swimming pool, vineyard, and magnificent view. Spend evenings sipping on delicious wine from the region and taking in the sights.
Relais Dionora, in fact, is in one of the most prestigious wine-producing zones, famous for the Montepulciano red wine to be found in all the world wine guidebooks. It was also a renowned agricultural establishment and, for love of tradition, has recuperated that activity by offering DOC wines of superior quality as well as extra virgin olive oil delicious with all your favorite dishes.
This home is an ideal location for a family gathering, a wedding, or another type of exclusive party gathering. You and your guests can enjoy the beautiful views set before you. During the Summer season, you can appreciate more the outdoor areas of the villa. You can take a refreshing dip in the pool, one which will be equivalent to none other. VILLA LAYOUT DETAILS:
There is a large lounge area in the villa, with a fireplace and three bedrooms, whilst the annex next to it has another three bedrooms with a delightful view over Pienza, the “limonaia” and the pavilion. Each bedroom in the villa is furnished in the classic Italian style, with warm colors, elegant furniture, and essentials like air-conditioning, TV, LCD, safe, separate bathroom with a hydromassage bath. In the Winter, there is a fireplace where you can relax in peace and quiet with a glass of DOC red wine.
Lemon house
A quiet lounge in the center of the garden, far from noise but full of light thanks to the large windows it boasts. It has comfortable divans, a mobile bar, and a coffee station.
Pavilion
Climatized for the seasons with great glass windows, this area has a normal-sized bar and coffee station. Breakfast and dinner are served here, and the guests have a beautiful view over the garden and countryside. There is also a bathroom in the pavilion for your convenience.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Ground Floor
The villa boasts a large kitchen which includes a fabulous dining table, an island, and a large wood fireplace. Spend mornings in the kitchen with a cup of coffee before your day in paradise begins. The cook in the villa can also prepare breakfast to your liking and preferences if you so wish. Other meals can also be prepared. Arrange all details prior to your arrival with your concierge.
Villa Dionora also boasts a beautiful lounge area with three divans, a big dining table, a fireplace, and a small library. Large arched windows and vaulted ceilings lead to the garden, and the cotto floors are the main characteristic of this floor.
