The highlight of the Villa is the outdoor living area. There’s more than enough space to spread out with terraces on every level. Lounge in the sun on the roof terrace, admire the vista from a private veranda or relax on the main level’s pool terrace. The rooftop offers guests an amazing vantage point to take in the breathtaking views of the surroundings, including the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that grace the Villa. The main terrace is where you will find the Villa’s heated pool, which is great for a refreshing dip before a mid-day siesta on one of the many sunbeds that surround it, or a proper swim to get the exercise part of the day out of the way. It also hosts a state-of-the-art barbeque and an alfresco dining arrangement, great for informal dining outdoors. There is even a firepit surrounded by a cozy couch where you can curl up and chat deep into the night as the stars light your evening.

Inside, the large windows and sliding glass doors add to the spacious feeling provided by the build of the Villa. The main living area is connected to the pool terrace allowing a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. This space hosts a fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances, and an island is a lovely spot for a casual snack or a cooling drink throughout the day. Beside the kitchen is the main indoor dining setup, a popular location for a nice meal after a day out, or a delicious breakfast. Close by lies the lounge space with simple, comfortable couches surrounding a carved wood coffee table that matches the console table below the TV. Villa Devine is home to four bedrooms all of which enjoy their own en suite bathrooms. There are two separate master bedrooms which are located on the ground floor, with the two remaining suites on the level above. These rooms are connected to a terrace or the interior courtyard.
