Welcome to Villa Christina, a brand-new luxury 5-bedroom contemporary villa set on the historic Rose Hall Estate in Jamaica. This uber-luxurious Tuscan Style home offers 10,000 sq ft of space and is located in a private gated community on the Cinnamon Hill golf course.

For avid golf lovers, the location doesn’t get much better than this. The property is set between the 10th green and 11th Tee. Cinnamon Hill is one of the best golf courses in Jamaica, and you are also within easy reach of White Which Golf Course and the Half Moon Golf Course. Another key feature of this home is the Half Moon Tennis and Beach Membership offering complimentary use of the Sunrise Beach area, two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, fitness centre, Croquet and miniature Putting Green and the numerous restaurants on the beach. Tennis, water-sports, spa facilities and horseback riding may be booked on the day of service.

The design is reminiscent of a Tuscan Villa, with a cloistered entranceway and earthy tones and contemporary design at its best. There is a lovely open plan formal sitting area with open plan dining and fully equipped kitchen area. One of the main features of this stunning home is the large pool area which features comfy seating and dining areas. There is a bar and grill area and entry to the wet bar with full-size pool table with two 50’ TVs. The pool terrace leads straight on to the golf course, where their caddies can meet guests to tee off from the 11th hole.

There is a hot tub on the master bedroom terrace and a smaller plunge pool linked to the main pool with a waterfall to the spa terrace on the lower level. There is an evening dining terrace, with infinity edge feature pools overlooking the 10th fairway and green.

This is a fully staffed home, and your wonderful team will be on hand to look after your every need. Your chef will prepare delicious meals and snacks while your butler will take care of your drinks while you relax poolside. One of the best features of this luxury villa in Jamaica is the heated infinity-edge pool with a waterfall, making it the perfect home to enjoy a vacation any time of the year. You will also find a hot tub on the master bedroom terrace, which is lovely for those looking to switch off.

The large private master bedroom suite boasts two walls of windows to the view and private terrace with hot tub. Two further bedrooms and the media room are located on the first floor, accessed by a stunning circular staircase, featuring a lookout area at the top of the ocean.

The North suite is located at the other end of the cloistered entrance hall. The Villa boasts an air-conditioned media room with a 50’ flat screen television and a gym area. For Peloton bike fans, bring your own shoes and stream live classes from the comfort of your private villa. The Spa/treatment room is air-conditioned with a full bathroom with steam shower and a private terrace for relaxation.

King-size bed, with two walls of sliding doors overlooking the pool and the fairway, en-suite bathroom double vanity area, walk-in shower with Kohler, automated overhead rain shower and 6 wall shower heads, deep stand-alone tub with double doors to the veranda with 14 x8 “hot tub. Dressing room + children’s bedroom with a queen-size bed and crib option for small children and a mini-fridge and kitchenette area.

Media Room

King-size bed, with custom wooden tray ceilings, en-suite bathroom, single vanity with walk-in double-headed shower. This room is accessed through the Media room.

Bedroom 4
King-size bed with the option of one extra twin bed or 3 twin beds, en-suite bathroom, single vanity with walk-in shower. This room accessed through the Media room.
