Villa Carlota

Welcome to Villa Carlota, a luxury 5 bedroom villa located on the beautiful St. John Island in the USVI. Villa Carlota is a true luxury retreat, featuring five large bed and bath suites, all air-conditioned in three pavilions.

The villas large great room has a large gourmet kitchen bordered by a long countertop with stools. There is a green 'bamboo' marble wet bar with mini-fridge and icemaker, a stainless steel professional gas rotisserie grill built into a stone grilling area allows for great grilled meals inside or out. This area easily connects to the kitchen and dining area with the hallway. Alongside this is the dining area and a powder room just around the corner.

On the other side of Carlota’s great room is the beautiful living room which features a 50-inch flat-screen satellite TV, a Bose sound system, a large movie and music collection. The covered veranda is stunning with its large table which is perfect for alfresco dining and enjoy the magnificent views.

From the great room a curved staircase leads to the generous second-level master suite with a home office. The king master suite provides a Ralph Lauren four-poster bed with an adjacent air conditioned walk-in closet.

Villa Carlota involves five large bed and bath suites all air-conditioned in three pavilions.
Third level is a second bedroom and bath suite, this room has a four-poster queen bed. The views from this suite's windows are unbelievable. The terrace and pool is located outside the main structure.

Mahogany doors open to a verandah on the ocean side of the pavilion, set with chaise lounges. The en-suite marble bath provides double sinks linked by a huge wall-to-wall mirror, a Jacuzzi bathtub which is ideal for relaxing, and a separate glass-and-marble shower. Outside the master bath is the roofed hot tub pavilion paved with a coral stone floor. The spa pavilion is off the master suite, anyone may access the hot tub from the driveway courtyard or from the great room with a key.

On the other side of the Pool Terrace Villa Carlota's second pavilion, offers two centrally-air-conditioned king bedroom and bath suites on two levels for total privacy. On the lower level of this pavilion is the laundry room with two washers and two dryers; this area has a private service entrance to allow the housekeepers to enter the house from the driveway courtyard without disturbing guests. A small screened exercise room adjoins the second pavilion.

The driveway courtyard has lots of parking and turn around space for three cars, and an outside shower. Across this courtyard is the quaint Cottage Suite, private and secluded from the rest of the property. This Air-conditioned cottage offers a living area with a balcony overlooking the main villa, a full bath, small kitchen with a covered patio for meals. On the upper level, a king or two-twin bedroom with a full bath, and a large verandah, balcony in front.
