The main home houses four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and the powder room, while the guest house has two additional bedrooms and bathrooms with a private entrance for a small family or couple who want extra seclusion on vacation.

The separate two-bedroom house is ideal for those looking for their own personal space. This home is perfect for providing extra privacy for a young couple or family, while also allowing them to go to the main villa and spend time with the rest of the group.

Two of the bedrooms in this villa are master suites with extra space, ocean views, and bathrooms with showers and vanities. These rooms are great for those looking for an ultra-luxurious vacation and an unbeatable amount of comfort.

The other bedrooms in the main house have king or queen beds and air conditioning. The final bedrooms have a shared bathroom and easy access to all the amenities outside.

There’s no need to worry about a thing while you enjoy a tropical holiday on the island. The villa comes with an on-call property manager who can handle questions and inquiries. Exceptional Villas will also provide concierge service before, during and after your trip. Your concierge will be able to assist you with any bookings or reservations that need to be made prior to your trip and will be on hand to help with anything else you may need. Villa Blue Vista also provides a housekeeper who stops in once a week and a pool maintenance person to keep the infinity pool in pristine shape. Your villa will be kept in pristine condition throughout your stay to ensure you have a fantastic time at Villa Blue Vista.

If you want to enjoy the sea, this villa comes with everything you need, including a paddleboard and kayak for exploring the water. Enjoy days under the warm Caribbean sun, indulging in the beauty of the crystal-clear Turks and Caicos waters. This villa can be rented with both homes and as only the main villa, depending on how many are in your party. This makes the home great for large groups of family or friends and is also great for entertaining and hosting.

The pool can be heated for an additional cost if you want to enjoy relaxing warm waters after long days of exploration, activities, or shopping. • An allowance of $500/week for air conditioning is included. Overaged is metered and charged at the market rate. Upon arrival at the villa, our villa manager will show you the power meter.
