The basement in the villa features a fully equipped main kitchen. Here you can cook up a storm for your guests inspired by the flavors of the region. If you wish, you can have a chef come to the home and prepare delicious cuisine that all will enjoy.

The basement also includes a laundry room, a gym with a shower room, and a Hammam. Finally, there is a cold room and a technical room.

Villa Bellevue boasts beautifully landscaped gardens that face the sea. There are several terraces on the property and a wonderful swimming pool. Here you can spend your days lounging on one of the many sun loungers that line the pool. There are also sun umbrellas for added shade if you wish to retreat from the warm sun.

There is also a pool house with a bar and a lovely summer kitchen. This allows for outdoor dining and cooking, making the property ideal for hosting and entertaining guests under the evening’s setting sun.
