Welcome to villa AWA, our luxurious 6 bedroom Villa which combines elements of contemporary comfort with fine modern architecture to create ultimate relaxation and enjoyment during your stay. Enjoy the wonderful views of the white sands and sparkling waters of Grace Bay at this one of a kind villa.
Villa AWA is staffed to the highest standards providing a Private Chef, Butler, pool and beach attendant, housekeeper and daily concierge-to meet with your every need while here on vacation.
A volcanic rock entrance pond on one side of the main living space is balanced by an infinity edge pool on the other side. Outdoor lounging is enhanced through a variety of experiences including a hot tub and deck engulfed in palm trees, exquisite fireside heating, in-pool loungers, an outside lounge area and beach side deck with hammocks-Making for an ultimate relaxing outdoor experience.
Also outside you will find a TV along with a sound system and several seating options so guests can enjoy some outdoor entertainment while basking in the warm Caribbean sun or taking in the fresh cool evening air. Also outdoors you will find a bathroom and showers along with a Jacuzzi, beach loungers and pool floats. The villa is equipped with bicycles so guests can enjoy a cycle while taking in the surrounding sights. Outdoors you will also find a large heater negative edge black volcanic rock pool, outdoor dining gazebo, fire pit and private sunbathing beach deck. The villa is also equipped with paddle boards and kayaks so guests can enjoy some water based pastimes.
There are three en-suite double bedrooms located on the upper level, each with panoramic pool and ocean views. All three of which also have outdoor terraces.
There is an en-suite bedroom with double sized bunk bed and additional single trundle located on the ground floor. There are two en-suite master bedrooms- both with ocean view and terrace, one located on the first floor and the second located on the ground floor. With plenty to do at Villa AWA it is suitable for both a party of couples or families to come and enjoy their stay here on this beautiful Caribbean Island. This residence definitely represents that ever illusive piece of paradise.

Additional Information
The Governmental tax of 12% of the total amount is applicable to villa rates as well as any goods and services provided to guests during their stay, including and not limited to, if applicable, the fee for additional air conditioning usage, pool heating, butler service, cleaning service, and any other additional service or goods contracted in favor of the guest.
Service charge varies from 10% - 15% for some of the villas.
A refundable security deposit of $10,000, or a 10% security deposit of the nightly rate, whichever is greater, will need to be paid at the same time as the final payment. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the guest upon confirmation that no damages have been done to the home or that any outstanding balances are due.
