We received a warm welcome from Jason, the House Manager and Housekeeper Lucia. Avanti is a very impressive beachfront property and idea for families or groups of friends. The property is equipped with everything required for a luxurious Caribbean holiday, including a Misting System on the terrace which incorporates a Mosquito Repellant containing Essential Oils. The Media Room and all bedrooms have Smart TVs, so you never have to miss that game while away from home. One of the two swimming pools is 25m long, the other is a saltwater pool. This is a very impressive villa!

Welcome to Villa Avanti, a magnificent 5-bedroom villa in Terres Basses, boasting stunning views of the blue Caribbean Sea below. Enter Avanti through a large gated entrance and immediately be greeted by tranquillity and serenity. Make your way down the palm-lined driveway to the main entrance doors fronted by stone fountains. Enjoy luxury at its finest at Villa Avanti. The main doors open through to a spacious and bright indoor /outdoor living space with a sweeping 180-degree view over the ocean with Saba on the distant horizon and a lush verdant lawn in the foreground. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the fresh sea breeze, things guaranteed to have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Enhancing the magnificent view are the clean architectural lines of a poolside gazebo and a wonderful L- shaped saltwater pool running the length of the terrace. The wonderful pool area includes a built-in table and seating area and an “island” day bed and can be accessed by a sloping beach or by steps leading from the gazebo. The pool is lined with eight comfortable loungers and two daybeds. There are also parasols in for added comfort. Enjoy the options you have and get ready to soak in the sun and get glowing sun-kissed skin.
A contemporary and beautiful African-themed decor fills the beautiful interior and exterior spaces with furnishings by Manutti and Roche Bobois along with natural wood accents, touches of burnt orange and primitive art and textiles. This property is the perfect blend of contemporary while still including traditional aspects, giving the property more character and beauty.
To the left is the light wood kitchen equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero stainless-steel appliances, a central island and a breakfast bar. This space is filled with clean lines making it a bright and peaceful space.
Further dining for 8 and a Wolf gas grill are to be found on the adjoining terrace. Enjoy sunsets while sipping cocktails and enjoying a BBQ with all your guests. Both the kitchen and living room have glass sliding doors that can be closed to provide a climate-controlled space, and privacy if necessary. The exterior covered terrace also provides a very comfortable outside lounge area and dining “al fresco”.
Leading off the main terrace living space of the villa are the five-bedroom suites, a guest bathroom, and a cork-lined media room equipped with an 82” smart TV and Bose surround sound Home Theatre system. Have a night in with family and friends. Enjoy a relaxed movie night and make life-long memories with your favorite people in a spectacular place.
The five bright and spacious king-size bedrooms have luxurious en-suite bathrooms each with double vanities, large open rain showers, an exterior” garden” shower, and a separate toilet. Each of the five bedrooms is equipped with a Smart TV and a Bose soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity. Enjoy lazy Sunday mornings in bed with a cup of coffee and your favorite program on the TV. A perfect Sunday. Four of the five bedrooms also include walk-in closets. The master suite also features a lounge area with a private terrace with a 3-person jacuzzi/hydro pool. The master suite and bedroom four are joined, making these perfect for a young family or for teens to enjoy each other’s company.

Saint Martin, lying at the northern end of the Caribbean Sea. The island extends about 12 miles from north to south and about the same distance from east to west, including a narrow looping sand spit that extends westward from the hilly main part of the island. It rises to a high point at Paradis Peak and has an area of 34 square miles. The southern third is tied historically and administratively with the Netherlands, and the northern two-thirds with France. It is the perfect place for families, couples and people just looking to relax and soak in the Caribbean sun.
