Welcome to Villa Asher. This 7-bedroom pristine enclave is located in the gated community of Golden Isles in Hallandale Beach, Florida.

This beautiful Villa features 80 feet of waterfront dockage at the back of the house, a brand new pergola, and an outdoor dining area seating up to 10 people, so perfect for the enjoyment of the warm Floridian climate in good company while watching the yachts flow by. An added bonus is the open fire pit surrounded by comfortable outdoor sofas, which are perfect for pre-dinner drinks or after-dinner contemplation of the Miami lifestyle.

This home features modern furnishings throughout, perfectly aligned with the architecture of the home. White walls, huge windows, and floor to (almost) ceiling doors make the outdoors bright natural light an integral part of the home’s decor, allowing the sun to flow undetained from room to room. The sitting room is a focal point of the house, with gorgeous views to the back garden and the canal beyond and direct access to the private pool area. It is furnished with light-colored woods and pieces, like the L-shaped sofa, in grey hues and a huge flat-screen TV. This area calls for time together with friends and family for a movie night, cheering your favorite sports team or just catching up on the latest gossip.

The indoor formal dining room is separated from the living room by just one wall to give it a sense of privacy within the open-plan floor. A beautiful wooden table and stylish, comfortable chairs look out from a bow window towards the back garden and canal. The perfect place for entertaining somebody you would like to impress.

The kitchen is all black and white and fitted with all the appliances needed to prepare a feast. Whether you do it yourself or hire a professional chef for an evening, it won’t let you down. A big island in the center provides added working space. It is also directly connected with the informal dining area, which is perfect for breakfasts, and the pool area, so if a bout of hunger strikes after a good swim, it is easy to get to the fridge and some cool drinks. The great thing about the pool is that it is extremely private and located in the courtyard with modern and comfy furniture to enjoy during your time off.

Villa Asher can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. They are very well-appointed, spacious and filled with natural light. From the sitting room, you have the stairs that take you to the second floor where you can find the Master Bedroom and two smaller bedrooms.

Villa Asher houses a total of 6 spacious bedrooms and a bonus 7th small one and 5 bathrooms as follows:

Bedroom 1 – Master Suite: Located on the second floor, king-sized bed. Air conditioning and WiFi access.
Bedroom 2: Located on second floor, queen-sized bed which can accommodate 1 guest. Air conditioning and WiFi access.
Bedroom 3: Located on the first floor, king-sized bed. Air conditioning and WiFi access.
Bedroom 4: Located on the first floor, queen-sized bed. Air conditioning and WiFi access.
Bedroom 5: Located on the first floor, queen-sized bed. Air conditioning and WiFi access.
Bedroom 6: Located on the first floor, queen-sized bed. Air conditioning and WiFi access.
Bedroom 7 - Small: Located on the second floor, daybed which can accommodate 1 guest. Air conditioning and WiFi access.

Aside from the Master Bathroom, there are four more available for the use of guests with the following set up:
