Renovated in 2018, the villa accommodates up to eight guests in four double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The outdoor area of the property is comprised of an outdoor kitchen, an al fresco dining terrace, and a heated pool, making Villa Ariana the ideal choice for families, groups of friends, couples, and all those looking to have Dubrovnik at their fingertips.

This stunning townhouse property features interior and exterior spaces of the same size, 340 square meters each. The outdoor space is split into two planes, a heated pool and sunbathing area leveled to the house's ground floor. The open-air kitchen, barbecue, and al fresco dining terrace are sunken a few steps lower and are surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees.

The property stretches across three floors and includes a wine cellar which can be found underground. The ground floor of the villa features a great living and dining area. This is the perfect place for you and your guests to spend time together. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and one guest room. The other three villa rooms are on the upper floor, and each has an en-suite bathroom.

Villa Ariana was fully refurbished and now features the open concept living area, and the dining area now boasts contemporary furnishings, wonderful neutral color palettes, and chic décor. The contrast of the charcoal-dark fireplace and bare stone wall provides a perfect blend of traditional architecture and modern design, fusing beautifully together.

Four guest rooms are spread on all three levels of the villa and are each unique. The simplest of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, is wonderfully equipped with a double bed, and provides additional seclusion ideal for teenagers, staff, or any family member who wishes for extra privacy. A small hallway connects the room to the bathroom with a shower, making it easy to use this bath as a guest toilet.

The large stone staircase with a hand-forged iron railing leads to the upper levels. Each guest room there oozes a unique character: one in Biedermeier style, one in Italian rococo. The master loft is located on the third floor and features minimalist, clean lines to maximize the stunning views of the city walls. These views can be admired from your bed or having breakfast on the loft balcony.

The bathrooms on the property are large and include a freestanding bathtub and separate showers. In addition, each of the three rooms is equipped with LCD TVs and AC units, while free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. This allows you to stay as connected as you wish. Or, if you wish to disconnect for the duration of your stay, you can do so by relaxing on one of the lounge chairs outside and soaking up the warm sun.
