Villa Arabella is very spacious with an estimated 5,000 feet of square footage and incorporates the main house and an adjoining guest house. Whether it be for a getaway vacation, or somewhere special to go for a milestone occasion, you will be sure to make wonderful memories at Villa Arabella.

This chic open-plan villa features a spacious grand foyer which leads to a sunlit bright living room with floor to ceiling windows. The family room, incorporating a dining area, has a modern built-in wall fireplace, a baby grand piano, sprawling leather couches and looks out onto the pool and lush green gardens.

The huge gleaming gourmet kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and is perfect for the aspiring cooks in your group. Designer furniture is positioned throughout the house and the emphasis on both minimalist and brightness is everywhere.

Four of the seven bedrooms occupy the main house, whilst for those seeking more privacy, 3 more are located in the adjoining guest house.
Outside, in the beautiful lush gardens, you will find an all-weather tennis court, a large L shaped swimming pool and a superb pool house with bath, sauna, outdoor shower, changing room and bar.

The amazing state of the art kitchen at Arabella will allow the cooks in your group to prepare amazing meals.
