Welcome to Anani, a luxury 4-bedroom villa overlooking the shimmering Caribbean Sea on the island of Anguilla. This modern and luxurious villa can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably and is ideally located in the West end of Anguilla. The villa overlooks incredible panoramic ocean views and has access to a small secluded beach cove. Overall, this villa is perfect for families or groups of friends travelling to the island.

This very spacious contemporary 4-bedroom villa sits on Anguilla’s South Shore overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St. Maarten beyond. You are just a few steps away to ANANI’s cove beach with gentle waters that is protected by an outer reef. Beach chairs, umbrellas and day beds are available for the guests use. The villa is part of three contemporary beachfront villas located in Little Harbour, Anguilla. The Villas are very spacious and offer a West Indian style interior.

Each villa has a beautiful outdoor patio/terrace that offers unimaginable views of Little Harbour Bay. The patio houses a BBQ, Beach chairs, outdoor shower, sun umbrellas and sun loungers for guests use. Relax outdoor while soaking up the sun. Swim in the beautiful infinity pool gazing at the glistening azure sea. Watch the glistening stars over the bay at night. Recharge the spirit with boundless views of the ocean.

Anani has an open plan indoor-outdoor living and dining area with a lovely wooden dining table seating 8. The villa also comes with a Media room with comfortable seating and a large television.

The four-bedroom villa has two Master Bedrooms which are located on the main first floor with magnificent sea views in separate wings. Each bedroom has a balcony with seating area offering amazing views of the sea, nearby beach and St. Martin Mountains beyond. Each master bedroom has fully en suite bathrooms and large outdoor showers. On the ground floor there is an ocean view master and en suite bathroom; connecting to a garden view bedroom also with en suite bathroom (this bedroom is particularly good for those with small children).

Anani is one of three luxury villas situated in Lockrum on the Kamique Estate and is based overlooking the sea, in Anguilla. The villa is the perfect place for families of groups of friends to stay during their time on island.

Anguilla is a naturally stunning island in the Caribbean, renowned for its pristine white sandy beaches and pure crystal-clear turquoise water. The beaches here are some of the best worldwide and the island is a place to relax and enjoy the Caribbean way of life. The island is located along the Eastern Caribbean map and is the most northern island in the Leeward Island chain. The island offers one main road that runs from one side of the island to the next in under an hour by car. There are smaller roads that branch off this main road.

A short 10-minute drive from the villa will lead you to the stunning shore of Rendezvous Bay beach. This is a dreamy, golden-white sandy beach overlooking the Sea. One of the top spots on Rendezvous Bay beach must be Bankie Banx, Dune Preserve bar. Named as one of the top beach bars in the world by CNN, the famous reggae artist, Mr Banx, ensures you have a memorable visit to his eclectic bar. If you are looking for something more casual, then stroll on down to ‘Sunshine shack’. This BBQ shack serves the most tender dishes for you to indulge in. This beach shack offers a small menu composed of fish and meat dishes. You can choose from whole lobsters, fish, chicken or ribs.
