The communal areas of the villa are bright and spacious. Clean lines and minimalistic features are brought to life with subtle splashes of oceanic colours throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect example of this tasteful touch. Enjoy splendid sea views from its bright blue breakfast bar while being surrounded by white counter tops, cabinets and walls with softer earth tones to make you feel even closer again to the seaside.

The colour theme of white, blue and beige is carried from the kitchen into the living spaces that perfectly combine the indoor and outdoor areas, where you can spend endless evenings in the company of your loved ones.

Each bedroom boasts either sea views or golf course views and again features beautiful oceanic colours. The en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom provide every guest of Villa Ananda with perfect privacy and serene space. Some bedrooms have exterior access with their own private terraces for even more blissful tranquillity.

The outdoor area consists of a large, private swimming pool and beautiful terrace with picture perfect sea views. Lounge by the pool side all day long while enjoying the sound of the sea, gather your closest friends and family for a BBQ on the villa's private terrace or enjoy a delicious al fresco meal prepared by the villa's private cook.

NOTE: The pool can be heated for an extra cost of US$350.00 per 8 hours a day (11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.) from 83 - 86 Fahrenheit (28 - 30 Celsius). The heater cannot be used over 8 hours a day.

Guests must specify which of these they are likely to consume to have them always available at the villa. Does not includes Champagne.
Meal plans are not available during the Holiday season (Dec 18th – to Jan 5th).

CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
• Meal plans must be pre-paid and reserved at least two days before arrival or check-in.
• The property/villa must be fully staffed to contract the meal packages (Chef + Butler)
• The package must be purchased for all the villa occupants for the total duration of the reservation.
• Prior to arrival you have to choose your Day 1 and Day 2 meals. Going forward once you are onsite you just have to make your selection of meals with 48-hour anticipation and for a minimum of 2 days forward.
• A minimum of 6 guests is required to request the meal plan package.
• Specific dishes outside the ones listed in our attached menu may incur additional costs.
• Some Desserts are delivered by an external pastry chef and 48-hour advance notice is required. You can order a maximum of 2 different desserts per meal.
• Bar service is included until 1:00 AM.
• *Premium bar (all-Inclusive): guests must select the type of beverage that shall be available for consumption for the house.
• *Champagne is not included in the meal plan with an alcoholic beverage

As guests of the villa, you have access to all the resort amenities and activities. Our wonderful concierge Elaine can arrange any of these activities for you before you travel to the Dominican Republic. Elaine, your dedicated concierge, can also arrange to pre-stock the villa before you arrive with your desired groceries if you wish.
