Welcome to Villa Alinna, a fabulous and freshly built oceanfront five-bedroom villa on the Chalk Sound, to the south of Providenciales.

Enjoying a superb view of the Chalk Sound with its placid turquoise waters, Alinna’s design ensures that it can be enjoyed fully, with terraces spanning multiple levels, access to the water’s edge and complimentary kayaks to take out onto the water and experience a new level of tranquillity. Implementing indoor-outdoor living into its design from the ground up, every little detail has been considered; a panoramic view of the lagoon can be viewed from the comfort of the lounge couch, retractable glass doors extending the entire great room and social space out onto the terrace considerably.

There is no shortage of spots to sit and take in the view; the infinity-edge pool is the perfect solution to a hot spell, especially after sunbathing on one of the many loungers that are arranged around it. The outdoor lounge has ample space for everyone to gather around; a nearby firepit sits close by to provide warmth, as the cool night air rolls around and conversation is flowing. Alinne contains many other amenities to keep guests entertained, a media room, pool table and jacuzzi among them.

The villa contains a fully equipped gym for guests interested in keeping up their exercise regime, as well as a dedicated office space, affording a secluded spot that is suitably equipped for those who take their work on the go.

The great room in the house contains the kitchen, lounge and dining room, with a lofty ceiling that opens the space into an expansive and generously sized area to inhabit. Taking inspiration in the colour scheme from the outside, Alinne’s stylish furnishings favour natural materials like wood, stone tile and glass, alongside the tonal ranges of blues and greens that reflect the water of the lagoon. Four of the five bedrooms are designed as master suites, with luxurious king-size beds and a stunning ocean view to wake up to; the fifth bedroom is equipped for younger guests to stay in, bunk beds and alfresco shower to boot. All bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms.

LOCATION DETAILS
Overlooking the Chalk Sound lagoon, Alinna Villa lies to the southeast of Providenciales, a more secluded side of the island. Situated away from the hustle and bustle of the usual tourist routes, the villa enjoys peace and privacy that is seldom matched anywhere else on the island. The Chalk Sound is a naturally formed lagoon, shallow in-depth and a beautiful turquoise colour – the calm waters make it the perfect spot to bring a kayak or paddleboard onto the water and marvel at the tranquillity that it brings. To the south, the seemingly endless expanse of ocean stretches for miles, an uninterrupted panorama. It is best enjoyed by accessing one of the many beaches that stretch along Provo’s coast, the closest being Taylor Bay Beach.

Grace Bay, the island capital, is just over 19km away and has some of the best shops and restaurants on offer throughout the Caribbean. Grace Bay Beach is also high on the list of the best beaches in the world, well worth the visit for its pristine sands. Blue Haven Marina is the place to be for watersports and hosts a wide variety to choose from; guests can charter boats, go scuba diving, fishing and take eco-tours of the barrier reef. Smith’s Reef (13.9km) is a popular spot to go snorkelling and view beautiful reefs reasonably close to shore, and the marine wildlife that populates them.
