Alexis is a wonderful four-bedroom waterfront villa located in a luxurious, gated community on Providenciales’ beautiful southern end. This elegant villa with a minimalist yet chic design and expansive spaces enjoys ample natural light and modern features and amenities.

The villa’s sunbathed lounging deck surrounds a rectangular freshwater pool and partially shaded chaise lounges. Under the attached waterfront veranda, guests can lay back on cushioned sofas or dine al fresco. Spend days lounging outside and soaking in the warm Caribbean sun. Read a book, take a dip in your private pool, or just enjoy the views from your beautiful home.

Beneath the villa-side veranda, guests can relax around a second al fresco living area with swinging chairs and plush sofas. There’s even a barbecue grill on the property so guests can cook out in the open air. Dining outdoors is a wonderful experience that you will be able to enjoy with loved ones.

The home’s open-concept layout blends the lines between the living, dining, and cooking areas and invites tropical views into every room. Wall-to-wall Arcadia doors border the contemporary living room, where guests can relax on plush sofas and watch movies on the flatscreen TV. Eight guests can enjoy meals together around the beautiful pale wood dining table next to the kitchen, which is fitted with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and sleek wood and marble cabinetry.

The bedrooms in the villa are spread across the upper and main levels, with two bedrooms on each of the floors. The upper level of the villa boasts a magnificent king suite facing the water with a balcony and a double queen suite also featuring a balcony. The main level holds two king suites that open to the pool deck. Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and a flat-screen TV. This allows each guest privacy and their own space. After a day of exploring the coast, you can relax in the comfort of your room and catch up on your favorite show or enjoy a movie night.

Alexis is only a short three minutes from a beautiful sandy beach and has a villa attendant who can set up kayaks, paddle boards, umbrellas, and chairs. This allows you to fully relax, you won’t have to worry about a thing.

The Sunny Bay Estates community, where villa Alexis is located, is nestled between a peninsula between Chalk Sound, Taylor Bay Beach, and Split Rock, so guests can reach the beach in every direction they turn. Bone fishing sites, historical attractions, hiking trails, jet ski rentals, the Las Brisas Restaurant, and tour operations are all within a short drive, as well. So whatever mood you are in, there is always something available to satisfy.

Villa Alexis is located in the beautiful area of Chalk Sound in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The region of Chalk Sound is located opposite the magnificent Chalk Sound National Park lagoon on the southwest side of Providenciales. Two beautiful and sheltered beaches are found in the Chalk Sound region: Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay. Both beaches are typically a bit calmer than others and consistently shallower than other areas on the island and therefore make for beaches ideal for family fun under the sun.

The island of Providenciales covers an area of 38 square miles and has consistently been voted as one of the finest beach destinations in the world. The mesmerizing turquoise waters which surround Providenciales are truly unique.

Providenciales provides a great selection of water sports and activities with some of the world’s best diving and snorkeling opportunities in the surrounding waters.
