Welcome to Villa Alegria, a luxury 4-bedroom villa located in a quiet and private area of Lagonisi, Athens with spectacular views of the sea.

Villa Alegria is conveniently located a short 5-minute drive to the beach and a 30-minute drive to the beautiful city of Athens.

This lovely villa, situated in the suburb of Agios Dimitrios, consists of four levels with access between floors by elevator, for guests’ convenience. The property features a private balcony with pool and sun loungers – perfect for soaking up the warm Greek sunshine. Incredible views from this elevated position can be seen of the town below and the sea in the distance.

There is also a patio area at the rear of the villa, offering privacy in the shade.

The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor where you will find a compact gymnasium, a living area, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer.

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, sharing a full bathroom with shower. The first bedroom features a king size bed with direct access to the swimming pool and offers pool views and sea views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also has access to the pool. The third bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a king if necessary.

The third floor is the main interior social area of Villa Alegria. Here guests will find a beautiful open plan and well-equipped kitchen with comfortable living and dining areas. Hidden lighting adds a serene and welcoming atmosphere to this area. The views from the third floor are spectacular offering access to the outside balcony.

The very spacious master bedroom with king bed, occupies the fourth floor offering incredible views from the bed and from the private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub.
