Villa 471 houses three gorgeous bedrooms for all of our guests to enjoy their well-deserved nights rest. All of the bedrooms open into the first-floor wrap-around veranda which is complete with comfy seating arrangements to relax in and to admire the amazing vista. You are close enough that you can enjoy the sounds of the waves lapping at the shore and the fresh sea air. Each bedroom then has its own dedicated bathroom, which is a mixture of earth tones and bright travertine-tiling. Many of these bathrooms have magnificent bathtubs to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The terracotta tiled floors, wood furnishings and bright splashes of colour bring an extra touch of Mexico to the rooms.

A spacious and modern kitchen is one of the key features of this villa. Outfitted with the latest appliances, this kitchen is easy to use for anyone, especially the villa's very own dedicated chef, who can whip up the meal of your choice at request. A curved, white island is the perfect addition to this gourmet kitchen. Up to five guests can enjoy their food at this kitchen island or you can choose to dine in the many options provided by this magnificent Villa, such as the pool terrace. Just beyond is a more formal dining table that comfortably seats eight guests. Then if you continue into the heart of the villa, you will find a family room with two loveseats and comfortable chairs all surrounding a flatscreen television. This spectacular villa also includes a dedicated media room and a writing room that overlooks the endless horizon of the sea of Cortez.

The spacious exterior of this private paradise is also full of countless places to relax and unwind. Guests can relax by the pool, enjoy gazing at the stars late into the night around the fire pit, or venture onto the beach and take a relaxing sunset walk as you feel the warm sand under your feet.
