Stepping inside Villa 37, guests are greeted with an open plan living and dining space. This area is beautifully bright thanks to the large sliding glass doors that lead to the private lanai. Tropical and ocean views can be seen from the moment you walk in!

A mini home bar features on the left of this room and is ideal for trying out some local inspired drinks. The wooden bar and bar stools complement the other natural materials employed in the room and give a real island feel to the space. A living space is the centre of this room and is sunken on the lower level, providing a cozy space for guests to sit back and relax. A beautiful glass topped dining table and wicker chairs are ideal for dining with all guests and just behind this main living and dining space is the fully equipped kitchen. The natural elements are continued in this space with beautiful wooden cabinets. The kitchen has lots of light enveloping the space via a skylight over the working island. When preparing meals, you are not far from the rest of the group. Our Concierge Team will be happy to assist in organising a Private Chef to come to your villa and prepare some delicious meals for you and your guests.

Villa 37 features two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the guest suite features two queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms feature a private en-suite bathroom, ceiling fans and direct access to the lanai via sliding doors. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and the views from the bedrooms are a gentle reminder of the serene setting of the villa.

The outdoor space at Villa 37 is delightful! Stone tiles stretch the length of the lanai and are in keeping with the muted tones of the interior. A plunge pool features and is ideal for a refreshing dip and sun loungers and an umbrella are perfect for guests looking to work on catching some rays! Vibrant foliage, tall palm trees and the wonderful views to the Pacific Ocean enhance the tranquillity of the property. There is an outdoor table and chairs and barbeque for quintessential alfresco dining and this is beautifully shaded – ensuring guests are protected from the midday sun.
