When the time to retire and relax comes along, five beautiful bedrooms await our guests for them to enjoy and get their well-needed vacation rest. Each bedroom is a bedroom/bathroom suite, and many have a private terrace for you to meditate in as the sun rises, or enjoy a chilled glass of wine in the evening with a close friend while discussing what to do the following day.

The Villa’s kitchen is cucina-style and wraps around a white marble breakfast bar. Informal meals or a morning coffee can be enjoyed here, and with round table dining setups inside and out, you have many options for each dining experience you have during your stay at the Villa. Guests can also take snacks to any place they choose, such as out by the pool, on a private terrace or overlooking the sandy beach.

Villa 313 is decorated with traditional Mexican design and has touches of Romanesque architecture. Colourful elements such as the aqua blue kitchen add to the welcoming feel of the VVilla and truly make it feel like a home away from home. The Villa embraces its beachfront location and makes the majestic vista a feature, as well as using local artwork to connect the Villa to its location.

The Villa is filled with places to relax, both in its exterior and interior. The living room at Villa 313 has multiple plush sofas and comfortable chairs by a television and entertainment area, and easily flows into an outdoor living area with gorgeous views of the heated infinity pool and beautiful beach. The area surrounding the pool has many chaises, loungers and sun umbrellas for you to relax, enjoy a book or the company of others, and absorb the Mexican sun.
